Crown Honda Noida — Honda amaze - rc not received even after 1 year

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a honda amaze 1.2 s mt car (Cng)
From crown honda noida h-5 sector 63 noida. On 31 may 2015 last year and its almost 1 year and i have not received my updated rc with cng enrolled yet.

Sir, i have purchased this car bcoz of the brand value and reputation of honda but it’s a very pathetic experience with honda this time.

After discussing the problem with the gm mr. Sant chaudhary [protected] crown honda. I feel their is a miss selling of cng car during my purchase. Which was not approved on that time for honda cars but it was not update to me while selling.
I have called numerous time visited numerous time. To the showroom.
This time none of the sales person (Crown honda) is receiving my call ms ruchi [protected] ms jasmeet [protected] and mr manoj is saying it will take time [protected] (Rto)


They need to understand i am not asking for free accessories, its about my rc bocz of which i cannot go out side delhi ncr and within the city i always be in fear from traffic police.

Please assist me on the same.
I need complete refund of my money and the loan +intrest paid till date. I want to return this car. Its not 1 or 2 months its more than 1 year.
