I got my car serviced from crown honda for past 5 years but todqu when i went for servicing my car i found it very strange
1 When i complaint for my car tyre of mischeline, . The car survayer refused to take my car reasoning that crown honda will not be able to satisfy me name of the person is ajit
2. Con complainong to the service manager he still not refused to take car after soin the half survey
3. I asked to change the tyre of stapny with the craked tyre, it is not done
4. I dont know about how the oils are changed but the cleaning is not done propee
5. The behaviour is very very unprofesaional
true
I am also very sad with the work and behaviour of the staff. Nobody is serious about work.

    Yesterday evening i called up crown honda, noida for booking service appointment for my car honda jazz - pb27e1009 for 28th december 2019 and requested for pick & drop service.

    On 28th december 2019, my car was picked up by mr. Vivek at 0950 hrs. At the time of appointment, i was told that my vehicle will be delivered by 1500 hrs as it takes only 4 hours for service.

    Mr. Gaurav tomar (Service advisor) called me on 28th december 2019 and informed me about the estimate around inr 8000. I requested for rubbing and polishing of my car which mr. Garvav promised me. I also told him about only technical problem that the car horn is not working properly. still not working car horn.

    At 1446 hrs, mr. Gaurav called me and said that my car brake leather is not in proper condition. I told him that my car has driven only 30000 kms and i know that they are fine but mr. Gaurav insisted for change by almost threatening me. Mr. Gaurav is the most useless, incompetent and good for nothing and lier of the service squad.

    I reached crown honda at 1700 hrs to see the actual position of car. It was parked near the main gate. It was very dirty and dusty.

    I have the following complaints and grievance:

    1. When i asked the delayed delivery of my car, the appointment executive told me that crown honda has not called me for car service. I have contacted them and booked the car service. Crown honda do not need car for services and if someone is still coming, will have to bear everything as crown honda is doing huge favour by servicing my car. People like me are fool, giving their car for service to such ill-mannered people.

    2. I believe that the brake leather of my car was fine and it is deliberately changed to make money by the service centre and worn-out part of some other car was shown to me.

    3. Mr. Gaurav is highly unprofessional person. I promised me several things but none of them is delivered. My bill was increased by unethical practices, my car was not at all cleaned rather say it was dirty. The foot mate below driver seat has a in-built lock so that the mate will not slip but the intelligent staff crown honda do not know this and placed the mate in opposite direction.

    4. Rubbing on my car was deliberately not done.

    5. Upon asking the reason, mr. Gaurav, mr. Rakesh and service manager were making all sort of excuses and were telling that it will be done but it was never done. It is there plan to fool customer. They deliberately delay the delivery of the vehicle till night so that the customer will not be able to see their incomplete task and ill-acts.

    6. I tried to communicate with ms. Rashmi kukreti (Service crm) but i am sorry to say that she is the most arrogant, unprofessional, ill-mannered person i have come across. she threatened me by saying crown honda is very powerful and i cant do anything. She also said to me that she will see who will do the service of my car.
    I entire mechanism of service crown honda is a failure. They are thugs of honda.
    7. I asked for drop of my car but after paying the bill, they didnt bother. I asked mr. Vikas who picked my car in the morning but he disaappeared after getting singal from service team. They deliberately did this and showed their mental sickness and professional ethics.
    8. Even at the time of taking my car out of the service centre and giving gate pass, i showed mr. Rakesh how dirty was the car?
    Finally, i want to ask after paying inr 12540 what i deserve:dirty and dusty car (Internal and external) uncleaned side mirrorshand marks and prints on the windshieldstill not working car hornfabricated wornout parts denied car drop. Above all arrogant, unprofessional and harassing attitude of the service staff.

      I am dr naresh sharma proud brother of amar shaheed captain shashi kant sharma, who sacrificed his life for the country during kargil war.
      I purchased honda city cvt vxi from crown honda, noida. On 28/11/2018, i was on my way to hospital to do patients when i realized that there is bubbling in the car. I stopped and parked my car immediately to the side of the road and notice flat tyre. I called the tyre repair wala to the site and was told that it's beyond repair. He replaced the flat tyre with stepney tyre.
      I took the car to crown honda and narrated the ground reality to gm - crown honda. After inspection i was told needful will be done. After one month i am told by gm that it's my fault so 30% honda will pay and rest i have to bear which is totally irrational.
      I am loyal customer of honda and it's my 2nd honda city but now i regret my decision. If high end car model of honda can't withstand indian road conditions & are of so poor quality specially when it has only completed 3000kms and self driven than what next and send very wrong image of honda dealership & it's post sales experience.
      I am very dissatisfied and disappointed.
      I belong to reputed family of noida and this is for the first time i have encountered such incidence.
      Please, get tyre replaced asap.
      Hope to have long association with honda.

        Never buy accessories from crown honda, first they installed faulty items and on getting complaint of the the same, they file the complaint with the corresponding company leave you alone to keep tracking with the company to get problem fixed. In my case it was with parking sensor of Black kat company that i got it fitted in new honda city car i bought 2 month back. For any other issues also i have to make lots of visit to crown honda. I never get feedback call regarding my issues addressal. For the last 10 days i have been making call to black kat company with my grievances which result in to false commitment of another date for the visit of technician.

          I am permander malik, i purchased honda city diesel car hr26-cf-9330 from ring road honda gurgaon in march 2014 with extended warranty. Since i currently stay in noida so i get my car serviced regularly at crown honda noida sector 63.

          I want to bring to your notice an issue i faced during the last car service in march 2017 at crown honda noida sector 63.

          Issue – service advisor diagnosed brakes and told me that discs and pads are to be changed and customer has to pay for it. When i questioned warranty on brakes and disc, he clearly denied. My car is still covered under extended warranty period.
          I had no option but to change the brakes and pay for it.

          Immediately after few days of changing the discs and pads, i started hearing a screeching sound when i apply brake, which doesn't inspire confidence while braking. I reported this brake noise and shuddering issue to crown honda, sector 63 noida team and they called me to get the issue checked. I went again in april 2017 to their service center and spend the whole day to get it done.

          Again i am facing the same issue from last few days and now i am really frustrated as it was running fine before i went for the regular service in march 2017.

          The situation is really frustrating for me as i will have to devote another full day and still will have no guarantee that the problem would be rectified.
          I went for honda car because i was assured of top quality service but what has happened is just the reverse. Agreed honda cars sell only on its name and reputation but i don't believe that it is any reason to fleece a customer.

            Honda amaze - rc not received even after 1 year

            I have purchased a honda amaze 1.2 s mt car (Cng)
            From crown honda noida h-5 sector 63 noida. On 31 may 2015 last year and its almost 1 year and i have not received my updated rc with cng enrolled yet.
