Csd Canteen Kuttanellur — Booked for canteen purchase 2 weeks before. But not working on that day

I have booked for canteen purchase through the cds canteen app. And got time on 7th march 2023. When I have reached there on time, it was closed telling there is a regional festival in the nearby temple which was neither a central govt holiday or weekly off. I was not informed about the off that was on the day. Plwae take necessary action against the same as I my home was 30 km away from the store and was on leave only for this day.
