[Resolved]  Csr Aurangabad — fraudulent act

One advocate named vishal sharma claiming he is from aurangabad court and on behalf of csr company, aurangabad called me up from telephone number +[protected] on on 31st august 2019 at 2.24 pm and asked me for paying an amount of inr 5, 000.00 within no time to csr, aurangabad otherwise legal action is to be taken against me.

Please note that, i am in receipt of an email on 31st august 2019 at 12:09:00 ist from "advocate association legal.2010" (Advocateassociation.[protected]@gmail.com) stating "they have sent my file to their advocate associate firm to proceed further as my work status is not submit / not complete or qc fail" and asking me for paying "utility and maintenance charge to the csr company.

Also i have received one sms text on 31st august 2019 at 3.23 pm from"qp-arbitr"in my gsm number wherein it is mentioned that"under section 420 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues otherwise we have to proceed further. Kindly call on ""[protected]/[protected]".

Precisely i did not at all contact this company named csr, aurangabad rather one lady introducing herself as apsara representing customer relation department of csr aurangabad called me up at my gsm number during on 16th august 2019 from telephone number +91 [protected] initially and conveyed me about the job (Work from home) to fill 10000 captchas in 10 days and the fees for this work is inr 22, 500.00... She asked me for my email id and identity proof and in turn i provided her my email id and photo of my driving license thru whatsapp to her. Subsequently i got a call from a lady introducing herself as sana from telephone number +91 [protected] representing verification department of csr aurangabad on 16th august 2019.

On 16th august 2019 i received two emails from [protected]@onlineformfilling.co.in furnishing two links... I) draft freelancer agreement and ii) acceptance copy... On the freelancer agreement following two contact details are mentioned.

02. Helpline mail id: helpline. [protected]@gmail.com

Unfortunately till date i have not received any user id, password for starting the work and also any jobwork in this regard.

My ardent request is to take appropriate action against this csr, aurangabad and it's associates immediately to prevent our society including the victims (Already and to be) from such scammer acts once and for all.
