Csr Captcha Company — online captcha work fraud

A girl mobile no[protected] called on 19 aug. She told to resolve captcha work and you will get a monthly payment of 22500/-.in the first 10 days solve 10000 captchas. For the work there are charges. After that she send a link on my email. She told to digitally sign as the agreement of work. As a signature, i have crossed and submitted. Further, she told me not to pay money on any stage. Csr company not provided me any login id and password. 29th aug a girl called me her name simran and she is an advocate and she got my case file for not completing the given work. She asked me to pay the penalty fee of rs. 5100 and rs. 3500 for providing noc for no problem in future. I said company not provided me any login id and password, how i can complete work without any id. She told me to pay rs.6500 and she will handle everything. Anyhow i arranged and paid.
After 5 days again she called me and told you have to pay rs. 22500 for canceling the agreement of 11 month. I said i already paid enough amount, and now i have nothing. So she said she will see, and she will do something better for me.
After 10 days today 11 september, one man called me, and said he is from delhi court, and he got my case file, and said i have to pay some amount to cancel the agreement, i said i will not pay so he said no problem, he will release summon against me, and i have to come to delhi court.
Please help me i didn't want any problem in my future.

5). Your agreement is mend with sole proprietor company for which you need to clear your dues as per an arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 as depicted in an agreement.

As we have found that you have not complete /fail your captcha workwhich is given by the csr-company, so as per the agreement you need to pay utility charges to the company of rs.5100. Thank-you. Csr. To avoid the such thing i have deposited the same and also got a noc from them, again next day he called me for closing of file i. E. Charges rs. 12980 have to pay to close the file. The same was also i have paid. Gain after few day he mailed me... Dear user, we have receive your file and your case had been re-open due to the clearance and found that still some of the cancellation of your agreement was remaining and your still your case has been not yet close as per section of 11 month agreement cancellation and section 74 and 75 two section still pending if you want to clear your section on you then kindly pay the fee rs. 15500/- clear your section after your file will be close you will get clearance letter from the company side or we need to re-open your file send for the legal action.
Legal notice : it is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue in hand properly.
Summon letter : if you don`t reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence. Failure to obey summon may result in issue of warrant of arrest and not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.
