[Resolved] Csr — fraud company demanding illegal money

In response to my earlier email, csr company has sent me email through their advocate now and demanding illegal and unreasonable money.. I have checked the background of this company, many people have been trapped by this company.. They have sent me notice though soft copy.. I am attaching the pdf.. Kindly advise take action against them, they have asked me to reply within 7 days
