Concerned authorities please look into the matter, csr company is harassing many people. they have doing fraud by taking digital signing on same agreements for every person. although they knew it very well that they dont have any valid agreement with anyone.
please look into the matter.
after a long time they again started making calls that we had agreement with them.
now I will file a complaint in the cyber cell against them and will give the number of person to police if don't stop themselves here.

My cousin had applied for the job on naukri dot com she received a call
from a number regarding the job and at the end they asked for new
reference she gave my sisters number as my sister denied the job she told
them that her brother is interested in job and I talked to them they explained
job description that I have to fill captchas 10k captchas in 10 days for which
they will pay me 22500 out of which 4500 will be deducted as registration
charges they asked for my whatsapp number and on whatsapp they asked
me for identity proof I gave them my scooty license they told I will get an
email which I havent received yet for details and they asked me to record
self declairing and reading the provided script so I denied that so they video
called me recorded me in which I declared that I will do the job if I failed I
will the penalty and they asked me for reference and I gave them my
friends and before they call my friend I asked my friend about it and they
called him he didnt answered my friend told to search numbers on true
caller and they turned about to be job frauds and then I googled about it
and looks like they have fooled a lot of people before me so I am worried if
they will send me some legal notice if I didnt worked on it kindly look into

I got a call from Ajay phone no. [[protected]] on 10 oct 2020 and she told me that offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 17500/-. And i'm agree to join then. Then she asked my pan card me for the selection and i provided this to her through whatsapp. Within one hour she send one online agreement mail then i not signed it. After that she was called again for confirm the job. However i research in the google about this csr captcha then i found that this company is fraud and snatching money from people. I immediately told her to cancel the registration but she can said cancel it. But not given work for me. But 30 nov 2020 i got a mail from advocate ajay kulkurni and calling me to pay 75000/ - otherwise they will file a case against me. Now i am very much afraid. Please do the needful help i and take strong steps owards such a fake company.

I just want to draw your attention toward csr online company, previously also i had written about this company also, but after the written confirmation that no one will harash me again also they have again started to black mail me by giving calls & meassages that if i am not going to clear the dues they will file a case against me. They are again and again keep torchering me against the false case.

I haven't signed any document and they sent me a agreement and asked me for a penalty of 5100/- without doing anything as a penalty and now harrasing me for this by sending me messages of filed case and its hiring. I never signed any agreement nor they told me to do so but now with different numbers they are calling and from different links they are sending messages.

I am getting frequent blackmailing call from Delhi rehabitration center to pay 5100 amount . Some days ago they called me to do a captha code work for 10000 captha per day, but after several days they called me to pay penalty amount . And everyday they are blackmailing to pay. They are threatening that you have prepared a stamp paper against it.they are continuously blackmailing me to pay this money .it was related to captha code preparation work .

I got a call from their side that they will offer me captcha entry work against which pay me 22500 rs for 10000 captch in 10 days with 90 percent accuracy. I was not aware of the kind of work they showed me a screenshot of their work window.
But when i started the work i realized that i can't ne that accurate with this work as their font is very confusing. I often got confuse with letters like i 'read as capital l 'and l 'read as small l'.
At the end of 10 days i got a call from claiming to be an advocate that they have filed a case against me for fraud in aurangabad maharashtra.
Please look in the matter.

I joined this company on 16-07-19. Once handed over the job description and login profile and they disappeared. No one answered the call for next 3 days over the issue raised by me that the app provided by them is not working. Further more they responded over mailed query for the resolution that we have fixed the bug. But the app was still not working and they didn't responded until the duration of job. They called me and informed me that i've been charged for contract breach and have to pay the penalty imposed over me of rs.5200/-. They compelled to pay the amount so that they can dispatch the n. O. C provided by the company. After the payment they failed to provide the letter and sent the next notice of payment for termination of agreement else will impose legal actions. Please take action.

Last year on august i received a call from a company which at the time i didn't know was a fradulant one.
Upon finding out i immediately contacted the customer support and asked to cancel my registration, but they made me sign a fake document and now after so many months are threatening me that the case of section 420 has been filed in the court.
Please help me with this. I can share the number of the so called advocate if required.

I'm ashfaq mirza from odisha. I got a call regarding a captcha entry job from the no.[protected] on 23rd july. The guy, nilesh told me this job is from csr company. I had to type 10000 captchas in 10days for which they'll pay rs22500. But this fraud csr scam asked me today to pay rs 5100 or they will file case against me.
I had pay the 5100 amount after that they send me the noc which i also don't know it is original or fake. After 5 month some advocate ajay thakur send me a letter that i have to pay approx 28k.
Please help me out with this issue

Csr captcha entry job company start work with july 2019 he give me 10000 captcha work complete in 10 days with 90 percent accuracy otherwise will pay 5100 as penalty but he cannot guide me during the captcha period. So i cannot complete my work & after that company send notice on my mail to deposit 5100 as penalty i pay the same and asked them to terminate my agreement he demand me 23600 to terminate the agreement same i pay and he send me now after one month he send again notice to me your section 73, 74, 75 is pending and deposit 15500 and same i deposit but now he again send me notice and harrasment. I am tarak from west bengal. I got a call from csr company on 14th september, 19 offering a captcha filling job of 10000nos.in 10 day with 90% accuracy and giving the opportunity to earn 22500 and asking for a i'd proof. Then i sent picture of my voter id card in whatsapp. Then a legal agreement and acceptance letter has been sent to my email id. After 10 days of the activation of log in i'd some one called me from csr company and asking for pay 14000 as a penalty charges of incompletion of the work and said that pay the amount or a legal case will process against you. As i had not done the payment next day i received a call from advocate kapil adhikari (Mob no. [protected]), he said you have to clear the penalty charges rs. 5200 or it will take legal action against you. I scared and paid the amount. After that one call received and told that if i want to continue the work i have to pay 14500 more as the agreement is for 11months or if want to terminate the agreement i have to pay 22500. I paid the charges for termination and noc letter provided in email with termination. After somedays again one call received and said i have to present at delhi court for clearance the sections or i have to pay, then again called and said you have come at court to sign or have to pay and telling that this the last payment for all clearance and i will get free from court. Again after someday call received from advocate vijay chauhan (Mob no. [protected]) and said my file is not closed i have to pay the charges and it will be the last payment. After that again after somedays call received from him that i have clear the arbitration charges, so i have to pay or legal action will take against me. Like these they are calling me again again and asking for money else my file will be reopened and legal proceedings will be started.

I have entered into online agreement of online work from home where i haven’t done any work neither they have given me work.
Now i am receiving notices from advocate and have to pay fine as maintenence charge

I pradeep jat would like to draw your kind attention that i get a call from the csr company located at latur maharashtra 413510 for a part-time work the job description is to fill up a 10000 captcha within 10 days and they will pay 17500 for that after deducting 5100 as processing so they make an agreement forcefully with me and then their executives are not available to talk with me for further assistance like they assist before making an agreement after 12 days they call me and threatening me that the aforementioned company take a suit against me and i have to pay ₹5100 immediately to settle the case otherwise i have to pay ₹60000 to settle the case if there is delay in payment.
They are playing with the profession of advocates it is a grave concern they try to malign/defame the advocate profession
So i am urging you, sir, to take stern action against the aforesaid company so that no one can get harassed or became a victim of the conspiracy of the fraudulent company in future

Before 4 month a call me and tell about CSR captcha project.They was agreement with me (my Aadhar card) for this home base job.But they did not cleared me there penalty terms and conditions.They didn't contact with me around 4 months.Today thay call and say you didn't complete your work so give 1.65 lakhs penalty at Maharashtra court on 16th dec.I am saying that I am belong a poor family but they did not listen.Thay want money, and I was get a massage from your side under section 420.

I got a phn call on 18th Sept 2019 from no. 86575 62077 Calling himself Alex offering me a part time home based job of captcha typing saying that if i complte 90% of correct captache within 10days i will earn 22000/- and a person convinced me to join after he kept on following up with me by calling me multiple times. He asked me for my docs like aadhar card n other information like my address. Then i got a mail on 20th Sept from Lisence Agreement Sharing 3 attachments 1. Signed agreement letter2. Acceptance letter 3.verification call
On 21st Sept got a mail from CAPTCHA Sharing login information with user id and password but without any link where to Log In. I mailed them also “whr is the link” I called on alex no. And on one more number of csr company that i have no clue where i have to use this login info. They said you will get a link but i told i did not get any link. They told me they ll check. I again followed up but they stopped responding me.
And today on 2nd Oct i got a mail from id Advocate Associate . With Signature stating [protected]

Mr. Rajiv sent me a threatening mail saying he will take a action against me. Mail stated “ You have time of 2 hours to pay the penalty Amount otherwise the legal action will be initiated under fraud and agreement breach case. After this your penalty will be increased and only you will be responsible for it.

Our client has instructed us to register your case as per Indian Contract Act 1873 under section 73, 74 and 75. Sooner you will be receiving two copies of the legal notice. One soft copy on your mail and another hard copy on your postal address. Kindly consult your lawyer and provide us your official statement.”
I also got a message on my no. Saying thr advocate has sent a mail so please respond or call at [protected]. I responded on mail that i was not assigned any work also i called on This no. Who was calling himself as Advocate Rajiv. He literally threatened me that you either close the matter or meet at court. I told him that i did not get any work then why. He started lying no the work was sent to u may due to network error you did not get but you its not company’s fault it’s yours. He again threatened me that tomorrow is your case in Aurangabad court. I called on Alex no. also multiple times but he dint respond saying but after that he said i am no Alex.

I request to please take serious & quick action against these Frauds as they do threatened innocent people and harass them by doing Fraud.

I have checked the background of this company, many people have been trapped by this company.. They have sent me notice though soft copy.. I am attaching the pdf.. Sir, i have received a call for work from home online job of entering captcha, on16 September 2019. He told me, i have to enter 10000 within 10 days, initially need not to pay anything, but if fails to complete or accuracy is less than 90%. When i searched about this captcha company job i saw review that it's fake and also blackmail the people to pay 5100.

Today i got Call from CSR advocate Venugopal verma .he told me on call that i have to pay fine and he is sending NOC legal notice for present in court. this all type activities belongs to blackmail unnecessary to me .but I have not given acceptance for this work by me on mail. then how can CSR register to me for without my mail acceptance.
please look into this matter because this is harmful for such type situation for someone.

Dear sir (S).
On the 13th of september, i received a call from mobile no - [protected] claiming to be calling from csr company. They offered me a job of captcha entry and assured me that if i can complete the job in 10 days with 90% accuracy, i will be paid rs.22500/- as remuneration. I accepted the job and accordingly the forwarded me an mail with agreement to be signed digitally.

I was also told that once the agreement is signed, i will be provided with the user id and password and then i have to call from when the work can be started.

I received an mail from them on 13th september 2019 with the user id and password.

But these people did not forward the link. I followed up with the above coordinator and via whatsapp (Screen shot of the communication attached).

But got the link to work on 17th september 2019 via sms from mobile no - [protected] at 15:52 hrs (Screenshot of the sms attached).

As per the agreement, i am supposed to be provided with 10 days for completion of the job, i. E ideally it should be 27th september 2019.

Today i suddenly receive an mail from a so-called advocate mr. Sudhir mehta from a firm named - "advocate associate" stating that csr company has appointed them to take legal action for not completing the job within 23rd september 2019.

When i reverted that the link was provided on 17th and ideally 10 days ends on 27th september instead of 23rd september 2019. To which i get a call from a number [protected] claiming to be calling from mr. Sudhir mehta's office literally threatining me to either pay out or face the consequence of legal action and be prepared to pay rs.1, 25, 000/- as collective fine

When i called up the csr helpline number - [protected] at 14:11 hrs to understand the matter, the customer service executive a lady started behaving rudely and asked me to deal the matter with the advocate.

The i realised that the entire process is a gimic and i am sucked into a fraudulent act by this company which later on from your website have found that similar incidents have taken place with many others.

Hi, yesterday i.e 23/09/19 I have received a call from Shine.com for Captcha code relating work, they said me it is a work from home job which requires to enter captcha in their mobile application and in 10 days I have to fill 10, 000 captchas and I will be getting Rs 17500 so I have shared my pan card and mail id on whatsapp and I asked is there any hidden cost to it so she said no, after sharing my pan, they mailed me the details and asked me to agree on it via OTP. After OTP they send me a mail containing my acceptance then I called her again and asked for the agreement and I said I do not want to enter into this, so she said there will be a verification call you will receive, you have to say YES to that. and after receiving call I said I do not want to get this job, so she said okay and hanged up the call.
and today i.e. on 24/09/19 I received a mail with the Id and the password for the same and they got me registered and now I know they are fraud and they will going to ask me for the money as I have seen many complaints regarding them, now I do not understand how to come over this and I am very much afraid please tell me how to get out of this.

This is bedomita from silchar, i got a call from +91 [protected] on 23/9/2019, for work from home captcha filling job. He told me that i can earn 22500, for online captcha filling. From that they will deduct 5100 rs as their fees and the will pay 17000 rs. For that purpose he asked my id on whatsapp and i have sent that. Same day he ([protected]@gmail.com) called me again and again and forced me to sign a fake agreement on a 100 rs stamp paper having the date of 2018. On the same day (23/9/2019) i got another call from +91 [protected] telling it's a verification call from company, and tolled i should complete the work with 90% accuracy within 10 days, or else i should pay 5000 to their company after 10 days. They initially did not tell anything about penalty. After that they send me a mail having username and password from captcha ([protected]@gmail.com). After that i searched about csr company in google, i found its a fraud company and threatening so many innocent people for money for not completing the tasks. They are threatening for legal action in the name of advocate through email and phone calls.
I got calls from below no also: [protected], [protected], [protected]

Hence i am complaining in advance for these fraud peoples. So please take some strict and necessary action against these fraud people.

Sir csr company made a fake agreement with wrong address to fill 10000 captcha i started the job but after reading complain against the company i raised the issue with them to change the agreement but they did not respond and now some advocate bhatt called me to pay 5000rs or they will file case. Some one told me that car is sister branch of global captcha services, i confirmed the same and they told that this company is fake. After cheating mow they are threatening me to file criminal case. This company called me to get a online captcha filling job and get rs 22500 in 10 days by filling 10000 captcha. What they told is different from what they had in their agreement. They are asked me to click on the link and fill otp to read terms and conitions and when i filled otp they sent me mail by saying you accepted our terms and conditions. And gave me login id and pass. I thought okay let me try but i am unable to login and when i contacted them in this regard they never answered even block me on whatsapp. Now a lady calling me after 10 days saying i am an advocate and you have to pay 5100 rs now because you break the agreement. [protected]on 29/08/2019 and he told me that he offering me a part time home base job of captcha typing saying that if i complete 90% of correct captcha within 10 days will earn 17500/-. And i'm agree to join then. Then he asked my adhar card for the selection and i provided this to him through whatsapp. Within one hour he send one online agreement mail then but while singing the agreement i told them that i can't do this job now and he told ok. After that i got the call from company that my user id is sent on my email id but i told him i can't do it now then he told me ok you will get the call to cancel it but i didn't got the call but still i called them but it was out of service then after that incident i got another call from a girl named manpreet saying that company has registered complaint against me and send me legal notice on my mail id - otherwise they will file a case against me. Now i am very much afraid. Please do the needful help and take strong steps towards such a fake company. And help me to cancel a fake agreement.

I am kiranmayi, 2days back i got a call from csr company associate and i asked about the job details and information regarding the job, she told captch filling, as i asking for more details, she have sent out a mail with link, after filling the details i got a legal document and with out my knowledge they have mentioned with wrong address details, as i am feeling it as some for money i thought of not going to the do that job i have informed her the same, but today i got mail with user and password and after calling to helpline they are not properly responding about the issue. They are telling me contact other team without giving any details.
