[Resolved] Ctet — Money deducted from my account but still pending payment showing on ctet portal

I have filled the form of CTET dec 2021 on[protected] and done payment of Rs 1200 /- for both Paper 1 & 2 on[protected] at 12:26 PM through scanning QR code from pphone pe. UPI ref no. is[protected]. but still pending payment is showing on ctet portal . I had tried alot to contact them on given number but no one has respponded. please help me.

i did not get any email or call regarding my complain. still my payment shows pending on ctet dashboard and even did not back in my bank account. please solve my problem.

I have applied for ctet Dec 2021 exam and paid its fees for paper 1 (1000Rs) on 24/9/21.Also money is deducted from the bank account but I didn't get any notification yet so it's my request to look after this problem and please take an action as soon as possible.kindly refund amount below is the proof amount deduction
