Sir, I have paid money(1200) for ctet 2024 July using QR method from gpay account and Rs 1200 was debited but fee is incomplete in form . Kindly refund money back to me or make my form completed

My deducted amount of Rs 1200 with fine should be reflected to my account since 3rdvNov i didn't receive any refund to my account and wrote several emails to ctet [protected]@billdesk.com and [protected]@gmail.com also .
No response received from them.
Kindly help me to get my money back soon with fine.

I have paid fee of CTET by card my amount has been deducted but fee is showing incomplete as yesterday was last day so I pay it second time but my time time payment is not yet refunded to my account please help me out

I am Meenu Bhat and i had filled the Ctet form on time and it was announced on the website that examination date will be anyone from December to January and its today on 14-12-21 i have received the information that ctet exam is on 16-12-21 in one of the computer centre of KALUCHAK. Now the major problem what i am facing that i am living in a field station of Meandher which is near Rajouri and it is quite far away from Jammu and the journey is of 7-8 hrs and my obstacle is that i am wife of the defence personnel and there are certain formalities which i need to oblige with respect due to current scenario of Covid and it would be cumbersome to take along my kids as my husband is currently at Poonch, and now a desirable applicant who fought all the odds to submit the ctet application and got confirmed also but the major hindrance it was informed only 1.5 days prior and it is not possible to make for 16 th December because on short notice it is not possible for the applicant to make the journey possible from a far flung area and that too which is considered loc area and terrorist prone area. We being from defence background who are struggling everyday from these kinds of terrorist attacks and nuisances and still forced to turn up on short notice. And that too when the area is infiltrated with terrorists and at least 1 week of time is required before attempting the paper. So again a request if the paper is also to be held in january i should be given chance to attempt for the paper in January and please if its not to considered then i want the amount of rs 1200/- to be refunded in my account as it is not my mistake if i am informed on short notice and many time i called up the helpline number but to my utter disappointment they are not picking up the call. So in any case i am a vigilant applicant trying hard to get my date shifted to january but the helpline number is not bothered to pick the call and respond to the candidate. There are certain things which are not in our hand like when we are ask to come from such an area which lacks easy accessibility and danger in respect of ones security but when the CTET has appointed certain members to respond the candidate through helpline nos then sorry to say it isa failed system of examination in term of discharging its responsibility and duties towards its candidates who are desired to appear in the exam. If i am paying certain amount for the exam then i fail to understand of incurring loss at my end, if i am informed so late.

I made payment of ₹1200 (Twice) in total ₹2400 through UPI (phone pay) for CTET paper 1 & 2. During first transaction, the payment is showing incomplete in CTET portal but the amount (₹1200) was deducted from the account. So, I tried for one more time of ₹1200 and same thing happened. So, I need refund of ₹ 2400. So, I can pay the fee again.
Please help sir/mam to resolve this problem.

My money got debited from my account 1200 on 17-10-21 during ctet exam form december 2021 but the site says that no payment was done... I hav done another 1200 payment for the examination but the earlier debited money... Which was written in thier clause that if any debited accidentally will return to your bank within 7 days but no refund has been done till today 25.10.21...

Maine ctet both paper apply kiya aur mere account se 1200 central board of secondary education main transfer hua hain.. Lekin portal main mera payment incomplete dikha rakha hain... Main apna payment wapos chahta hu, , tabhi main firse apply kar sakti hu..

I have filled the form of CTET dec 2021 and done payment of Rs 1200 /- for both Paper 1 & 2 on 17.10.21 at 11:04 PM through scanning QR code from my Amazon pay Account.

Still pending payment is showing on ctet portal.

I want refund.
