Ctet — payment not refunded

I made a payment on qr code (Provided by ctet for ctet aplication) for my application no [protected]my money deducted but payment status showing it pending on ctet website my utr no[protected] after some time i made a another payment to ctet by credit card which was accepted but what about my previous payment which was deducted from my account i had also crossed check with phone pay they are saying they had made the payment
