It's been one month since I joined CTS. I have initiated my resignation recently but they are not accepting my resignation. I planned to pay notice period pay. Amount is not two months basic pay but two months pay of gross salary. It amounts to 6 times my basic pay.If I did not pay, whether they have any rights to file a case against me in the court?
