Given the scenario have identified some suspicious behaviour inside the Cognizant technology Solutions India pvt ltd. It could be during 2005, some candidates had been hired from abroad and fudged as hired in india, to my experience have come across co-worker pradeep anupama crying in Hostel accomodation where i went to help and she told her situation regarding depression she is coping with her Personal and Family life over period of time, She was an MCA grauduate from PSG college coimbatore (understand this could be fudged or fake data) to keep customer confidentiality and she is from Kerala Kollam. I have met her family Her dad and brother Her dad pradeep who graduated from Anna University during 1982 and so on his mother running some schools and resorts across dubai, and his son graduating from Amrita college of engineering, not sure about authenticity of this data. I have obeserved they was sexual assault during[protected] of my tenure with cognizant, could be possibility she was stalking for fuding My Research programme from Atomic Energy comission TIFAC india, and they are tryign to steal ECIL hyderabad, confidential programmes they entered in as hack and left wiki leaks legally permissible hackable permission guidelines which have seen many people in my family faced many legal and mental health issues. Hope this should not be an issue to discussed as CTS being an Multi national company and selling trade secrets across clients and customers. Have come across another team member who as Non billable resources where i have been managing the team, was involved in criminal and legal cases on her Chandu endluri after off boarding her, HR trying to pursue her BackGround verification status of this girl where we removed her after 3 months due to mispropganda on social media on her brother and family.

This is in reference we need to investigate how to identify team members hired whose criminal background check is failed and confidential data has been shared across competitors for dezire consequences.

have personally seen SVP - HR sriram rajagopalan has resigned and started his own venture in 2017.

Selected in CTS as experienced employee on MAy 25th but still haven't received my offer letter yet. Please let me know the sttaus of my offer letter.

Getting below error message
AADSTS90072: User account 'nandish.[protected]@GMAIL.COM' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_...⇄ in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Earlier I logged into the portal and completed BGV and pre-joining formalities.

Please help me out to resolve this issue

Kadiveti sireesha present working in CTS, she had applied fake working experience from the previous companies and joined in your company and getting payed a lot beyond her capasity . Please take action againts her . If not I will go legally against hr department is hiring fake candidates and not giving opportunity to freshers and wirthful candidates.
I[censored] have any doubts you can check her capabilities, she is recommended candidate and writing exams for others for waluj in interview. Which is big fraud . It may leads to company bad reputation

I had accepted the offer letter from cognizant. I am facing a problem in BGV in Education - UG section, as the name of my college is not in the College Name and University Name list. Because of this issue I wasn't able to upload any documents whether it be ID Proofs or Marksheets.
I got many calls regarding the submission of documents for BGV and so i explained my situation but It has been 3 months and the issue haven't...

I am here to inform you about the Malpractice of cognizant entrance exam in Nellore. The colleges Narayana engineering college, Venkateswara engineering engineering college and geetanjali engineering college invited the students to college and the lecturers wrote their exams with the help of external apps where the students just sit before the webcams and the lecturers wrote their exams.

I have received the offer letter (Ref Number:[protected] from CTS. The POC has asked to pay 20k inr for processing further. After I paid the money their phones are switched off. Attached the screenshot of payment and offer Letter from CTS official email ID. Now am getting offer letter cancellation email from CTS official email ID. I have lost the payment of 20k. It seems to be cheating the graduates. And the company reputation will be lost...

Resignation Policy was suddenly changed during COVID so that employee cannot withdraw resignation unless HR head and UNit head approves forcing employees to leave. To top over it even if employee applies for sick leave they are threatened by managers to apply for LOP though policies state sick leave can be applied with medical documents. HR states they have no say. Making it difficult for employees to survive.

I have attended the interview on 23rd saturday nov 2019 for sql dba,. After completion of two rounds they said u got a call on week days for further rounds. After 5 days i got a mail like your application is hold. I didn't fill any form and hr round also not completed. Please help me whether i put hope on this or else i will leave this. I attended cts interview on october 19 and i got selected. After salary decision with hr i was informed that i will receive my offer letter in a week. But today i received an email stating that your application is on hold and we will get back to you.
Please someone help me whether the offer is still there or not and what i need to do.
Is there anyway that cts can reject also? Because they have asked for 30days time in the email and within 30days if i did not get any response then i should contact my pic is what mentioned in the mail.

I had attended interview for big data hadoop developer position at cts, tco, chennai facility on 21st july 2019. I had cleared 3 rounds (Technical, manager, hr) of interview on the same day. Even salary negotiation also done. Hr told that i will receive my offer within a week.

I had received mail from cognizant tag team saying "my application kept on hold" on 24th july 2019. Again, got a mail to from tag team asking me to join the live interview and fill some form with photo on 29th july 2019. I had done the procedure on the same day.

Now, almost 15 days passed since last communication received from cts. I don't know when will i get my offer letter.

Please tell me, when will i get my offer as am fully depending on this offer.

I attended an interview for on 29th juneand cleared all 3 rounds of interview (Technical, mr & hr). Even filled up the cis form on the same day and the salary negotiation was also done. The hr confirned, i got the job and will get a offer letter in 3-4 working days.

On 19th july, i got an invitation for live interview, which i attended and filled all the required details. Same email for live interview i got on 30th july as well, post which there is no update. Our notice period over left my job so please send offer letter

I was interviewed in Cognizant on 15th june at Varalakshmi tech park chennai. I have cleared my technical rounds including manager and interview was quite easy and nothing technical much. Then I waited for 3 hours to take up HR round. There comes the problem. My CTC is 12 lakhs per annum and my total experience 7.2 years. By looking at my package HR said your package is very high. so I have replied yes i have different skill sets that was the reason i was paid more. Then he asked y CTS then i said it is MNC and the company which i am working is small scale company so i want to work in MNC so that i can learn different technologies. Then he said for your experience I would like to give senior Associate but technical panel has recommended Associate level for you. Then i asked their hierarchy and he explained and said for candidate should have exp from 3 to 6.5 years for associate level. Then I asked I am holding 7.2 years of experience and i have different skill sets which will suit for ETL, Reporting and analytics projects. If they really felt that I am not capable to senior associate then why did they selected. If they rejected right away i will groom myself and will back next time. HR don't have answer and he started saying don't feel anxiety.May be "they felt that you have some room to improve but at the same time they don't want to miss you".Don't you think this is stupidity. If they felt that i am not fit for the role and years of experience i am holding they should reject the candidate. I really got irritated and started to tell him both technical panel members are not technical person. They just asked some very basic interview questions and started asking my project process and methodologies followed in project. Finally technical panel asked are you open to work on any technologies and i have told them if you see my profile i worked on different tools and i did not stick with any tool. So i am open to work on new technologies and they are happy. Here are my questions:

1. Though technical panel is not relevant to the technology(skill set: Tableau which I attended) still managed to take interview. They didn't check me anything on tableau how come technical panel has recommended 'Associate' level for me. Is it true that technical panel can decide the level for the candidate without thoroughly checking their skill set?

2. Or HR is bad in negotiating the package? To cover that cognizant cannot even afford for 30%(as per industry standard) so the HR used his weapon saying that panel has recommended you 'Associate role'. If that is the case HR would have asked me about my salary negotiation right.

3. As per HR statement. technical panel felt that i have some room to improve and at the same time they don't want to miss the candidate. So cognizant policy trying to say it will recruit senior software engineer and depromote the candidate to 'Associate' and after joining to cognizant I should improve. So that Cognizant will feel happy by offering me job and also I have improved bcz of only CTS. Don't you think this is non sense.

4. If you cannot afford or if have a budget constraint, why HR sending call letter after knowing their CTC and expected CTC? Why you are wasting candidate time for the whole day?

P.S I know my complaint will not do anything to your company but the humiliation I have faced during HR interview i will not forget and Good bye to your company.Treat candidate with respectful end of the day all are humans and we born to help others not to hurt others.

To the HR: Your attitude and the stuff you have explained me shows you are immature for your position. You are CTS employee untill you hold that tag keep that in mind.

I attended cts interview at 23feb 2019. After waiting for the whole day i got my interview scheduled at 4.30 (Which was a telephonic interview instead of f2f). I was informed that i cleared level 1 and was asked to wait for the next round. After an hour the hr called me and gave his number and said that they will schedule the interview in the next two days as they had a busy schedule that day. After a week of consistently asking him, i received an auto generated mail stating that my profile is on hold and will be processed within a month. They also asked me to mail the hr if there was no call. I did mailed him when the deadline for over. Till now haven't received any calls or mail. Totally frustrated.

I have booked a mobile on dealmyntra.in. I paid the amount of 10999 for mobile phone real me 3 and the amount got inducted but no confirmation of booking.
I tried to reach out the toll free number which is not working at all, i have sent emails regarding the issue to the mail they have provided, but no response at all. This is very ridiculous, they are cheating simply. Need to stop this kind of cyber crimes, this is a bogus, fraud site. Need to take action and refund my amount.

I have attended the tnslpp cognizant state level program conducted by anna university at madurai on february-12th. On the same day i have attended both technical and hr round and i have cleared both rounds and i came to know that i have been selected through anna university website. More than one month gone still i didn't received my offer letter and pre joining letter. Please sort my problem.

It's all started before last year jan 2018. A person called me and said that he is a hr manager in cts chennai and his name is mr. Sridhar (Stupid). He said that he can get us a job in cts via backdoor process but for that he asked 30k, (I have paid the amount for 2 persons), then he explained abt this process that it will take one week to send u a call letter but for that u should submit ur 10th, 12th, ug marksheet, id proof, resume and passport size photo all in pdf format to his mail id, all done properly. After that 3 days till now there is no response and also not attending calls etc... Then we went to coimbatore cts they dont know this person who got the amount from me... He is non-sense.. I have given all details. Now i going to see "how company will resolve our issues"... His phone number is : [protected]..

He also said that he is a genuine person 😂😂. To prove that he will send u the offer letter through [protected]@cognizant.com, u will think that others can't send mail through company mail i'd, but there are many options to do that process. And he will ask u to send 25k to that acc num (10am - 4pm) at the same date which u have received ur offer letter. I appeared for interview in java/j2ee profile in cts kolkata on 18-nov-2017.

I cleared technical and hr rounds on the same day

On 21-nov-2017 i got a mail cts to upload my photo photo in their portal

On january 2018 i got a call from cts askinge if i was still interested.
I said yes as kolkata is my hometown.

After that i have never heard from them

This is very unusual and unexplained.
Please look into this

Attended big data interview on 14th october in chennai.
Hr told i got selected and discussed ctc, work location finally he told will receive mail within 2 weeks. Then you have to upload your photo and all requested documents.
Still didn't get any response. Please let me know the status or waiting period.

Any information would be great full.

I apply new card and my balance is credited to the my card when i go for my balance check there my card is stuck, i raise a request in marathhalli branch after 7 days i am not getting my card how can i get my card, if i am, not able to get i need my balace should be back to my hdfc bank a/c, please raise a request for me then i can get my solution for this

Hi Cognizant Team,

I had attended interview on 12/05/2018 and completed three rounds(2 Technical & 1 HR round) on same day at Varalakshmi Tech Park, Kandanchavadi for PLSQL skill.

Also I got mail from Mr Sourakar(Sourakar.[protected]@cognizant.com) on 14/07/2018 with saying that there is no relevant jobs for my skills.
if there is no relevant jobs why they need to conduct interview.
I am getting mails for same skills.

Already it crossed four months and no further response from Cognizant Team. Kindly update the current status.

Hi,

I have attended interview in cts coimbatore for ms sql server developer on april 28 2018.
Cleared technical round and hr asked to fill the form and leave. They didn't conducted hr round on that day. It's been more than five months, i didn't received mail or call from hr for further discussion.
Does anyone received call or mail from hr for further rounds?
