CTS — BGV related issue

Hi,
I had accepted the offer letter from cognizant. I am facing a problem in BGV in Education - UG section, as the name of my college is not in the College Name and University Name list. Because of this issue I wasn't able to upload any documents whether it be ID Proofs or Marksheets.
I got many calls regarding the submission of documents for BGV and so i explained my situation but It has been 3 months and the issue haven't been sorted yet. Now, my DOJ dated on 16th July 2021 is deferred now.
Kindly help me with this.
