CTS — I have cleared all rounds but still didn't receive my offer letter

Hi, I have attended ETL testing interview at Thuraipakkam CTS on July-28th. On the same day I have attended both Technical and HR round and I have cleared both rounds. HR discussed me about CTC and other details and said me that I will receive offer letter within 2 weeks and maximum 45 days. But it's almost 1 month still I didn't receive any update from HR. Hr called n told you are getting the offer letter shortly ..It's week now nothing I am getting from their end .

If you are not release offer. Why are you giving the false promises .

Its been 3 week now .I am not getting any thing .Why you called and told that we are sending the offer shortly . There is no mail communication nothing about this offer .. HR called and told we will send this shortly .

Is it some kind of joke CTS is playing with the candidate .
