Resignation Policy was suddenly changed during COVID so that employee cannot withdraw resignation unless HR head and UNit head approves forcing employees to leave. To top over it even if employee applies for sick leave they are threatened by managers to apply for LOP though policies state sick leave can be applied with medical documents.
