We had purchased a holiday package from cube holidays, their sales had called us saying that "cube holiday is a new company & rather than advertising on TV and paying film stars they are giving away gifts to the purchasers of holiday package such as a DSLR camera" but you don't get any gift nor the package its a huge scam & we must take action against it...

On 6th Feb'17 received a call from Mr. Mohit[protected] Cube Holidays, E – 196, Sector 63 Noida 201301 that they are celebrating their Annual day today and offered a holiday package for 3n/4d for 4 persons in any 3* - 5* hotels in India for Rs. 10600/- valid for one year and as a part of their annual day celebration offered a free gift (Nikon D3300 with 18-55 Lens/ SAMSUNG GALAXY A7 2016 EDITION or MOTO Z Play (32 GB)) if book today. Next day on 7th again he called & informed your offer is on hold & if book the holiday today you will get one of the free gift mentioned above within 3/4 days of the booking. Accordingly I paid Rs. 10600/- through credit card, they asked to choose the free gift & I choose Samsung Galaxy A7 Mobile, then they asked for the color of mobile, I have selected Golden colour. They have confirmed that your free gift will be despatched within 3 working days. On 17th I have received a courier and while opening the packet found a bag worth Rs. 100 - 150/- instead of theassured mobile. When I made a call to them they told that this is a referral gift and to get it I have to give names of atleast 15 persons and if all they book the holiday, then only I get the mobile. They never told me this condition while booking the package. Then I told them to cancel the booking & refund the money, they told that money will not be refunded. This is a clear cut cheating and they fraudulently taken the money from me.

It is requested to please help me what I have to do for getting my money back or the free gift.
