Cube holidays have provided 3n/4d stay holiday package at price of rs.10, 600/- at 3-5 star category hotel/resort across india. This holiday package as per them had validity up to 1 year from date of purchase.
Now the contact no [protected] provided by them is switched off.
The email address support @cubeholidays.com, pramotion @ cube holidays.com, [protected]@cubeholidays.com has bounced back.
Website www.cubeholidays.com no longer exists.
It seems that this is fraud and fake company, which has cheated us.

So many people including me have longed the complaint but whats the use. We all have given in details about it. Even most o[censored]s has paid via payment gateway to cube holidays but nothing happened till the date. Is there any use of this forum. There is no action taken against cube holidays and we even don't get anything from this forum. Can anyone guide me about this forum.

I have booked holiday package on 31st dec 2017 @ cost of rs.9687 & was told that, a nikon dslr camera is being awarded as, i was early bird amongst first 25. After doing followup for camera, first they keep on telling me that they are arranging the camera from their vendor & same will be couriered. Got the courier on 10th jan 2017 & found a scrap bag inside it. Upon calling, i have been told that its referral scheme only. There is no early bird offer.

Now i am trying to book hotel for goa vacation for 10 oct. 2017 & unable to reach them on phone & emails are getting bounced. They need to be catched up & refund of our payments shall be arranged by selling their assets. My voucher code is invoice # chs [protected].

I have booked holiday package on 13th jan 2017 @ cost of rs.12600 & was told that, a nikon dslr camera is being awarded as, i was early bird amongst first 25. After doing followup for camera, first they keep on telling me that they are arranging the camera from their vendor & same will be couriered. Call from cube holiday package for booking 3n/4d for 4 person in rs. 10500/- and they promised to give gift such as samsung mobile, camera etc. But they only send 1 sack and some brouchers. As i complaint to them with their e-mail id they said our sales representative did not commit such gift and we can give these gifts for referral scheme.
For the booking to jaipur i requested them from 23rd september to 26th september. As per their rules i had send a mail before 18 days but the mail were getting bounced. So i called them. They gave me another id then i forwarded the requisition form on that id. They were continuously giving assurance to me that they will provide the hotel. Till 21st evening they were giving me the assurance but they didn't gave any booking to me and didnt picked up the call on 22nd september. It was tough time for me as i was travelling with my family. I paid almost double for all the hotels as i booked it on last hours. Is there any way to get my money back.

Now i want to send them request for booking but mail are bounced and customer care no. Is only ringing.
It is a cheating. I transfer the money through payment gateway. I there any remedy for me to get my money back?

I have been cheated by this fraud company.
They assured me gift of camera etc.
They did not, send any of this gift. They just sent a rubbish bag of worth rs 50.
Even the website shown on their mail id is not exixting, neither they are picking up the phone.
This fraud compmy s staff and owner who has cheated many o[censored]s should be put behind the bars who has cheated people like us.

We had purchased a holiday package from cube holidays, their sales had called us saying that "cube holiday is a new company & rather than advertising on TV and paying film stars they are giving away gifts to the purchasers of holiday package such as a DSLR camera" but you don't get any gift nor the package its a huge scam & we must take action against it......

They cheat people, steal money. So if you are really teady to fight then email me and we can do thos together.

I recd a call from one named sachin sharma from cube holidays stating he will give a package for 3n/4 days for 4 adults which ican use as a cpl twice or 4 pax at a time, i asked him for 3 ntrs stay at fountain village mahabaleshwar for 5th 6th and 7th jan as it was my anniversary, and he confirmed on the spot that this hotel is available and will immediately " hand ion hand " give booking confirmation voucher once i make the payment and fill the booking form online . i asked hime to call me back after some time, and which he did promptly and i told him dat tym dat how can he give me confirmed vouchers at its just 10 days in advance and also bluffed the hotel is full and has no vacant rooms, but he said we have blocked rooms and wil get assured booking, so after lots of discussion i sucummbed and paid the money online, and filled the form hand on hand and from since that momnet mr sachin sharma has become mr indiia and i am not been able to get himn on fone, the operarotr ask various questions and rudely answers, and my form also was rejected stating that the advance 18 days notice is requirede, so my anniversary plans got foiled, since then i m trying to get reservations but not been able to get them, my approx 9000 are in drain i suppose, how to get back this money ?

Please donot buy any holiday scheme from cube holidays.executive makes you purchade 2 holiday packages saying you will get stay in 5 star hotels and assured gift of a mobile phone and laptop. Don't get fooled. They don't give the said gifts and hotel bookings also will be given of 3 star hotel. They don't bother after they have fooled you.Beware don't buy!!! You will lose your money.

N now they r saying for that we have to refer then 25 persons n they should also buy their product then only we will get our gifts. But this thing was not at all told in the call.

Now when we r calling their customer care they r taking so rudely.

Cube holiday is a perefect noida based farud compnay. First their sales person will call you and tell you that today you will get dslr camera as a gift if we book package of hotel on cube website. And the reality is that even they dont provide packege after paying full amount. Getting a camera or a phone is dream.
The web site is dummy and temporary. Any time it can shut down. The compnay is not even pvt ltd registered. They dont have team more than 6 ot 7 heads. Only a same women will talk to you everytime as a customer care.

The best thing they have is that pay u money. If anyone boughgt any package. Immediately call payumoney and put a complaint and reimbursement request. Payumoney will block their payment. And you will be protected.

All the names related to cube holidays are fake.

Few days ago we have received call from a guy name utkarsh, representing cube holidays. He had assured us the booking for 3n/4d in a 5 star category hotel on 30th dec, 31st dec 2016 and 1st jan 2017.
After we did the payment and followed the process they gave a feedback that our booking cannot be done due to black out period issue.
The same black out period issue was discussed with their sales executive at the time of booking and at that time he told us the its special offer today and there will be no clause of black out period today, and hence we did the payment.
Now they are rudely denying the fact that their sales executive has offered such scheme and they are not providing the booking.
We also have the audio call with them, every single call is recorded with us.
We have also mailed and approached the tourism ministry and want to save innocent indians so that they will not fall for these scamsters.
