Curefit And Cultfit — Relocation of center without any prior information to Cosumers

This is very frustrating, I wrote an email, raised 3 queries and personally went to Cult fit 16th main (new centre) twice to talk to Cultfit manager, after all this I observe, no one wants to understand my issue.

Refer to requests raised by me - #2645003, #2645303, #2646122 related to issue the refund of the amount I paid for ELITE membership.

My membership started on 2nd April, and I had selected my preferred centre 6th Main. Suddenly on 6th Apr got to know from very next day 6th main centre is relocating to 16th main – BTM 2nd stage.
I renewed my membership with Cultfit only because of distance in between 6th main cult centre and my home. New Cult BTM 16th main is far from my home and not possible for me to go to.

I am unable to understand this, why sales team had not provided me this information when they called me continuously 10 days to convince me to buy this membership, with him help I filled the details and paid the amount. I stated my preference for the centre on 6th main to the sales rep as well.

This is the case of misguiding your customer.
