Sir. I am having s/b a/c [protected] Pop [protected] Bangalore, malleswaram branch. I am not at all greeting my pension details. Even after several reminder to the branch. All other banks give details of pension. Is union bank dodging to give such small details to the customer? Bank is very lethargic to give details. I have ordered 3 items during great Indian sale on cash on delivery basis. At the time of delivery I got a message that item was refused by me and returning to seller. But even your agent not at all contacted me. And am not refused the consignment.Why your agent returning the consignment without contacting the customer?
