Went to branch of below given address, Security guard rudely telling to go to a nearby cyber cafe to get forms and open Account or wait for 2 months for the forms, clerks are not answering customer queries, security guard is very rude and acting like he controls the bank.
Why bank is making customer wait for 2 months to open an account?
Why is security guard given this much authority?
Why there is no action on guard for telling people to go to cyber cafe and buy forms for Account opening?

Bank should never refer any cyber cafe for bank works like Account opening.

Union Bank Of India — atm refusal but deducted from account

I am Account Holder of union bank of India (561702010076026) -melapalayam, tirunelvelli branch. i have done a transactionon 21/09/2017 for INR 4000 in IDBI ATM - ID161901 (Vadapalani, Chennai). Also I have received a message stating that, the amount of 4000 has been debited, but then the cash has not dispensed from the ATM Teller. regarding this i have raised a complaint (72276244). It's been a month already, but i haven't get my money credited back to my account. Also i have called customer care regarding this issue, but wasn't respond properly. Kindly do the needful.

It has been worst experience with this bank. The way they treat their customers. I have been struggling to get internet banking activation process. When i have tried through internet to get new registration the site has thrown the message like kindly contact the near the branch though when i visited the branch (Chikodi) and explained about the query they still asking me to go online request for internet banking. Please some one look in to this issue....

Very bed service from union bank of india, my problm no solve yet, huzefa. Real.1@gmail.com, 9428870291, branck work so poor. No good response from all union bank of india team. Plz solve my problem otherwise i will submitted case to consumer court, my transaction failed of rs.12645 & amount debitted from my union bank account by union bank upi app. From 13 10 2017, but no any action from union bank of india team....

I did transaction through upi android app, and it was debited 13th 10 2017. But not credited the money to my friends account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website, but not getting any response. Even i talked ten times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 48 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case of upi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."

In union bank upi app, there is a page of complaint status, but no option to submit complaint.

Then i send mail to customercare@unionbank...

Union Bank Of India — digipurse restricted card error 20/10/2017

I have successfully created a digipurse account and i added rs.500 in to the wallet on 17th oct 2017. But the amount has not been credited in wallet account, also when i try to open 'view card' / 'view statement' menu, application is showing the following error.

My mobile no is 8098941310.

There are no replys to the mails which i sent twise to the customer support. Also i called to the no. Mentioned in the application. But i got a reply from support person that digipurse support is available only via mail, which already has no response......

I am abhijit sarkar, a consumer of union bank of india, dankuni branch, hooghly. I had been done a transaction through upi of union bank of india upi app on 14/10/2017 of rs. 5000 from my current a/c. The transaction was showing as failed but the amount had been debited from my account and surprisingly that was not credited into the benificiary a/c. I was then connect to customer care of the particular bank but they straightly told that they were unable to solve any types of issues related to upi system. I have used the union bank of india atm card in axis bank machine for rs.6000/- only. The server got down and the amount had been deducted too and i didn't received the payment. The payment was deducted on aug15, 2017. The bank is not responding to this problem. Please solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.!

Sir,
I have paid rs. 2400/- (Rupees two thousand four hundred) only as fees for the month april, may and june, 2017 in respect of the above student who is my son by online. However, the receipt could not generated at that time and also failed to generate uptil now
It, is therefore, requested kindly send me a copy of the receipt the following e-mail so that i can submit the same to the school. As i could not produce the receipt, the school authority treated as the fee not paid.

I shall be ever remain thankful and grateful to you for this act of kindness.

So i visited at panvel branchand asked the person who has sitted on deputy branch manager sit.
And the answers of this persons are like arogant.
There is no sense while talking with customers.

I have transfered a amount of 20000 from my union bank of india account through union bank upi app to other person of state bank account...20000 money deducted from my account... But showing transaction failure money didn't credited to other person as well as it didn't return to my account. It's been four days. Take necessary action and make sure my money comes back

I deposited rs.10, 000 in the deposit machine in union bank of india tirunelveli junction branch atm id hmad00701111111. But the amount has not been credited into my account. I complained it to the accounts manager with the letter at around 10.10am. Still the amount has not credited into my account. Please check into this matter and do the needful very urgently....

I am kindly request to you, my branch name chetput, tiruvannamalai district my native also chetput. My union branch is closed at 3.30pm regularly, my question is union bank of india working hours is 9am to 4pm but my branch always saying 3.30pm is closed. What the job they are doing. Many customers are discouraging this activities... Please note this message... Dont ignore me and our is very important thing... Please make sure to enquiry about this chetput branch, all staff including branch manager also...in the brach many xerox are edited 9am to 3.30pm working...

On 13/10/2017 i used my union bank debit card to debit ₹4000 two times but none of the money was debited and after 5 minutes i got a message that ₹8000 debited from my account. Kindly look over the matter and reimburse my amount into my account as soon as possible.
It has been 4 days since the issue and i have registered a complaint on the customer care with a complain no. 87234447.
