I ordered one suit from voonik site on 15th march 2016. The product quality was very poor. So i returned the product and demanded for refund. The company asked to show the return receipt and i therefore sent the return receipt. But still the refund process is not initiated. But the company is saying that the required amount has been credited to my bank account but i did nit receive any amount.
