I am a South Indian resident (Telangana State) I purchased Blaupunkt smart 43 inch led tv (BLA43SA570) from flipkart on 20/05/2020 during strict lockdown soon found that the product was used one. After long conversations and mental stress, We got replacement with new one on 23/06/2020. But after 3 months on 28/09/2020 the TV display was shutdown. When approached flipkart, they asked us to contact the brand's customer care no[protected], [protected] : E-mail : [protected]@blaupunkt-tv.in . I put all efforts to connect them but went in vein ( everytime bounced) . Waiting for resolution since then.. It's a very very bitter experience...tq.
