Hi Team, This is Prashant rapte. live in bhiwandi, kambe village. recently I got scammed by the mi service center they have replaced my Tv parts with duplicate parts and charge the double ammount from me and now tv is not working I asked them tv is not working please look into the issues as parts are in under warranty for 1 year. now they are not taking responsibility for the parts that they have installed, they are not receiving my calls and said that you have to pay more to us foir warranty claim. I have done service for MI tv 49 inches from the Customer Support center repair and maintenance, Bungalow number - 62 c, 1st floor, kamgar Nagar, tilak Nagar station road, Kurla east Mumbai - 400 0 24. / [protected]@customer-support-center.com / http://www.customer-support-center.com/ [protected] / [protected]. My tv was not working so I called the Mi customer service center through the App - I got a call from the above-mensioned support details saying they are authorized Mi customer support center letter on they denied that they are not authorized, service provider support person from above-mensiotned address visit to my home his name was Manish, his manager name is - Sudhir to check the tv fault and he said that tv having software issues we need to take back the tv to the service center - he took my tv to the service center at Kurla (earlier he said service center is at thane ) letter on he called me that tv motherboard is not working need to replace the motherboard adn inverted board as well he said that costing will be 13 000 for all the parts. I said that the part cost is not that much as you have mentioned in the bill. still, I have to pay the amount now following are the issues - * TV parts are duplicate they have been installed * Tv is not working it just work for 1 day also its Ethernet cable and Dishtv cables were not working I highlighted these points to Manish he said that it's your wifi router fault not the tv motherboard after the motherboard replacement he said this * on day 2nd tv stopped working I called customer support on the abovementioned number * After calling they said you have to pay more for the warranty claim, * I asked them as communicated you said parts having 1-year on-site warranty then why I have to pay more now for the warranty, * also I have highlighted that parts are duplicate installed, then the service center denied that they are not responsible for the warranty * At present, they are not receiving my calls as they are not ready to share their service center address. TV repairer haven't returned hardware

On 2nd week of March 2020, A TV repairer named shubhankar Banerjee from sodepur came to our home to repair our TV and took the hardware out from it. Till today's date he hasn't returned it to us even after calling 100times . He says I'll come today or tomorrow but never comes. Am giving you his address and contact details. led tv repair guarantee not honored

I had contacted customer support center, kurla for my panasonic led tv's repair on 15 january 2019. They claim to be an authorized panasonic service center. They charged me rs 6342 for the backlight repair and gave me a 6 month guarantee. The same problem occurred after 1 month. I called them again and again for more than a week. They kept promising to send a technician but did not send anyone though the tv is under repair warranty. The technician called me on 20 february and said he would visit but did not show up. On 25 february i once again called them in the morning when they said they would send a technician in the afternoon. When no one came i called them again and spoke to a senior person there who first said no one can come and later said he would send someone in the evening, but no technician has visited my place for repair. I called another company which said the cost of the repair should not have been more than rs 4400 and i was overcharged by csc.
As the tv repair is under warranty i would like to be refunded because firstly i was overcharged and secondly, the warranty was not honored.

Against my 40 inch panasonic led tv model no th-40c400d and engineer name : shubham (Contact no. [protected]) from your customer support center came for visit and he told that mother board issue is there and he picked my tv. And we payed 350 rupees visit charges.
Spoke to mr. Pankaj (Contact no. [protected]) provided by your customer support representative. Pankaj ensured that don't worry we people will check and fix your tv.
Yesterday 18th sep 2018 subham came to deliver my tv and he was rude and in hurry and asked us to make payment immediately and we payed 8300 rupees service charge for motherboard issue fixing charge.

I found their number as authorised parasonic service center on the internet and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised service center but they are fake. They came to my doorstep and picked my led tv to fix mother board but actually they broke the tv screen and they are so rude that they are not accepting also the engineers name shubham he is so rude and irresponsible. Also manager pankaj who assured that he is authorised and can be fully trusted also not responding to any calls they took 9000rs service charge and damaged my led tv of 50 inch their number is[protected]/65113388. They charged me 12, 125/-rs and repaired my tv however within 8 days my tv is spoilt again, ive called them but they are not attending to my complaint yet. The company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 958, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - e mumbai24. My biggest complaint is that they misrepresented themselves as authorised service center for parasonic i would have never got them to touch the tv if they had told me that they were not the authorised service center.
First thing they are fully fake and google should blacklist all their no. And this company should be closed as they cheat people. Can anyone suggest where i can file complaint against these people as i don’t want others to face this problem just like me. For me its 50k loss and customer support of these people sucks.

Firstly i got their number as authorized philips repair center from google... Which i found was wrong... They took my 55 inch led tv to change the mother board.. With delivery to be done within 2 days... Its been a month and they are not getting mother board for my tv.. They say all the mother boards in the company are over... Pls they have a call centre... The operators of which dont know about our products... They just keep on saying.. That our senior will revert... Which doesnt happen... They are big time cheaters

samsung tv not repaired and no one is responding

I had called customer support center (Kurla) as my samsung lcd tv was having issues. The display goes off after 1-1.5 hours, then we have to switch off the tv for 1 hour and again display comes back.
They took the tv for 2 days and later said it is repaired and gave warranty of 6 months orally. But in bill they have mentioned 3 months.
But the same issue started coming from day1 and i have been following up but no one is answering the call properly.
I have paid them 5200 + 350 visiting fee.

cheater and fraud service center
Do not get service from csc as they cheat during your tv repairs. They will create more problem to tv sets instead of repairing it as they want the customer to come again to their service center and each time they will charge more and more money. I am filling a case againts them in consumer court and will surely see to it that this is service is closed by court.

I found their number as authorised onida service center on the internet and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised onida service center. Their whatsapp number is +[protected]. They charged me rs.10000/ and repaired my tv twice but however within 8 days my tv had same problem both time, i have called them but they are not attending to my complaint yet. They had charged for changing the backpanel of my led tv, but after consulting with onida technicial i cam to know that panel was never changed by them. This incident happened in month of jan. Finally i had called onida customer service number and got to know that they do not have this company as their authorised service center. The company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 958, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - e mumbai24. This people are misguiding public as authorised service center for onida or might be for every tv company. They are lieing with people and ask for huge amount of money for there faulty service.

misrepresenting as samsung dealer & wrong assessment

Called customer support center regarding tv repair. They wrongly misrepresented themselves as samsung dealer.in addition, the technician came home, charged me a visit fee of rs350 and gave me an absolutely incorrect assessment of the problem with the tv. To add to it he advised that the tv has to be taken to the shop to replace parts. I advised i will revert back to him and checked with another samsung dealer - who advised that there is no problem with the tv at all (Only the remote is to be changed). The dealer also clarified that customer support center are not samsung dealers. This is major misrepentation. Please look into the matter.

I also agree, this service centre in a big Fruad. I also got my Sony TV repaired from them by paying 5200 RS for replacing my TV motherboard. They also told all other parts are in good working condition. Within 3 months I started facing problem and pictures quality got deteriorated. Their support centre is pathetic, tried calling them many time and finally got connected after 4-5 days. Their customer support told they would be sending their technician Sandeep at my place to inspect the TV. One month past and he hasn't arrived. Finally I was able to connect to him, sent him the photograph and video of my working TV and he said my panel got damage and replacement would cost 12K. I seriously think they would be replacing the working parts with other foul parts which would bring TV back to non working state in few days. Wish I would have checked the reviews of Customer support centre before getting my TV repair by a so called Authorised TV repairing company. People please think twice before getting your TV repaired here

Dat owner rajiv goshwami is a big time raskal.
I also received this center number though internet stating its a lg customer service center, so i complained. Immediately same evening deir technician named sandeep came to our place n gave the reason dat my logic board n back lit is spoiled and would be repaired at 5300/- and took visiting chrges 350/- and wnt.
Its seemed like dey did not repair any part bcoz i had asked dem to return the replaced parts.
He gave the tv next dat itself n wnt bt soon aftr few hrs my tv turned off i called him, he sd he would snd his technician to tk the tv back n see wot prblm it had.
Bt nobdy turned up, so i kept calling and he answered and sd dat his uncle has expired im nt der ill snd sum one, afr a day another technician named arun came n he took the t. V and wnt,
Aftr 2 days upon me colling him again n again he den answered my col n sd ok he has repared n will gt it.
He came n gave the tv n wnt bt still my problems were nt solved...
Again i called him nxt day bt his cell was nt reachable,
So i called him nxt day he came n i switched the t. V on in frnt of him it wnt off,
So he took it back n sd ill do it dis time or else ve will return yur money, he took it n din returned for a week,

V n asked 350/- frm my parents so dey called me n i askd dem fuh wot reason yur chrng yur spare parts fuh which yu had gvn 6 mnths garnty has nt evn wrkd fuh 6 days, n agin yu wnt mre, i sd if it wrks ill gve yu at the centre n collect my parts, he sd if yu dnt pat ill nt gve yu ne services n called sum one n sd inko block karo ye paise nhi dere,
My brother cme frwd in my absence n askd him to leave the house immediately,
I called him he din receive my call n nxt day i called them dey r telling apka tv de deiya hai abi kya chahiye, i told dem its nt repaired neither are my prts gvn wot repairs hve ull done.
Dey sd senior is nt available, neither in deir center or on deir customer care no [protected] dey continuosly kept me on hold fuh 3 mins n cut the col.
Its been 23 days dey have harrased me, at last i sd if yul cnt connect me to yur senior ill drag yul to consumer court,

Sony LED TV repairs | fraud company

My complaint is as follows which is somewhat on similar lines.
The complaint is against authorised tv repair centre ie customer support center located at bunglow no 95b kamgar nagar tilak nagar station road kurla east mumbai 400024. Contact no are [protected] mob no [protected]. Main supervisor mr. Pankaj mishra mob no [protected]. Through mr suman (mob no [protected]) our tv was send for repeat service as the service of panel repair was not undertaked appropriately and this was within the warranty period of six months. Refer the invoice which states so. On repeated followups there is no response or revert the status is not coming out clearly the customer support center has taken the tv valuing in the range of rs 35000 and we have incurred repairs charges rs 5400 invoice no 5698 dated 22 march 2017 and visit charges rs 375 vide invoice no 5443 and next visit charges rs 375 invoice no 6085 dated 21 march 2017. One wrong sony tv was delivered by mr suman having model no kdl-32ex420 while our tv was kdl32ex520 which is of much higher version. All the details and whats up images where provided on mob no. [protected] provided by customer support center. All documents are attached separately. But so far no revert.
Necessary action for recovery of tv duly repaired needs to be undertaken urgently. There needs to be appropriate compensation as it appears that repair center is unathorised (they wrongly claim to be authorised service centre for sony tv repairs) and there are no standard procedure (sop) followed for the repairs.

Hi i had filled a form requesting for service for my 42 inch philips lcd tv on 25th february 2016. Within half an hour i got a call from their end saying that a mechanic will be coming for the tv and i will have to pay 375.in the evening 2 people came checked and told that the tv needs to be taken and will be returned in 3 days time. They have not returned it yet today being the 20th of march... Whenever v call all r either lying and they do not have any idea about what is happening in their office.. It is a fraud center please do not fall in their trap... This office is at karla east

I had register complaint on[protected] for my Toshiba lcd, which was some noise in speaker and screen jumping not working properly. So this service provide came and check the lcd. For this work he charge me rs. 350/- visiting charges and told me there is some other problem in your lcd you pay rs. 4300/- we can sort out and give you 6 month warranty and take the lcd in work shop. On[protected] deliver to me after so many followup and call every day and after delivery my LCD was dead complete not working delivery boy called office and told one head executive coming to your to see what is the problem.I lost my TV so please take a seriously action with this company and very wrong behavior staff, head executive and all and name is Mr.Deepak, Suraj, Reshma, Maduri this are staff.

I called on the following number for my Samsung TV :[protected]
They said they are authorized and in fact took my TV 15 days.
Then came back saying the mother board needs to be replaced and would cost mt Rs 25K and needs to be bought from Samsung Factory.
When i started following up rigorously...they dropped my TV back and now are saying get it repaired else where.
Now i have lodged a complaint using phone no. from official Samsung site.
Hopefully they have done more harm to my TV.
I may have been saved... but please beware of the the phone no.[protected]

They are fraud company. They misrepresent customers and give some wrong stories without any value add no services are provided.

There needs to be appropriate compensation as it appears that repair center is unathorised (they wrongly claim to be authorised service centre for sony tv repairs) and there are no standard procedure (sop) followed for the repairs.
Please lodge police complaint in Kurla, Nehru Nagar Police station. I think only follow-up and wide publicity will curtail such incidences.

I found their number as authorised sony service center on the internet and when i called them they confirmed that they were authorised sony service center. Their number is[protected]/65113388. They charged me 12, 125/-rs and repaired my tv however within 8 days my tv is spoilt again, ive called them but they are not attending to my complaint yet. This incident happened on 22nd july. After 3 days of chasing them i called sony india customer service number and got to know that they donot have this company as their authorised service center. The company name written on the bill is "customer support center" address is bungalow no 958, kamgar nagar, tilak nagar station road, kurla - e mumbai24. My biggest complaint is that they misrepresented themselves as authorised service center for sony. I would have never got them to touch the tv if they had told me that they were not the authorised service center.

Even i had faced the same problem . I got this no from google search engine and they told they are Parasonic service Center and they charged 350 for visit and took our led tv and they damaged our tv and they took 9000 repair charges and within 1 day tv stopped working now I’m trying to contact these people and they are avoiding my call they changed my led tv original parts with local once. Manager Pankaj and owner both are not responding to my calls . I feel they are full fraud and google should blacklist this contact and this company should shutdown. I don’t understand after end number of complaint against this company how come it’s running freely in city like Mumbai
Even we had faced the similar issue, the site from where we had got the number was for "Toshiba" android television, they took our television, returned back without repairing it, charged us visiting fees, and when they did return the tv, it had scratches.

I had register complaint on[protected] for my Toshiba lcd, which was some noise in speaker and screen jumping not working properly. So this service provide came and check the lcd. For this work he charge me rs. 350/- visiting charges and told me there is some other problem in your lcd you pay rs. 4300/- we can sort out and give you 6 month warranty and take the lcd in work shop. On[protected] deliver to me after so many followup and call every day and after delivery my LCD was dead complete not working delivery boy called office and told one head executive coming to your to see what is the problem.I lost my TV so please take a seriously action with this company and very wrong behavior staff, head executive and all and name is Mr.Deepak, Suraj, Reshma, Maduri this are staff.

cheater an fraud people . very rude and bad service all liars . They come home at night, they are not authorized dealers for any company . i had called for LG, after that i called LG service centre they told me this is a fraud company . it was a pathetic experience . They charge a lot, once they take your stuff they don't return and no guarantee for your product. An all diff and lie names and bogus numbers.money making cheaters and talk very rudely no value for customers.

Found ‘customersupportmumbai.com’ & its toll free no. [protected], when I googled ‘toshiba tv service centre in thane’. The company claimed that it is an authorised service centre of Toshiba when I contacted him over phone.
This company, ‘Customer support centre’, is located at bungalow no 95b Kamgar Nagar Tilak Nagar station road Kurla East Mumbai 400024
An engineer named Suman (mob no - [protected]) called me, and came to my house on May 10, 2017. He said that there is an issue with ‘back light’ of TV and it can be repair only in service centre and charge would be INR 5575/- . I paid him INR 450/- as visiting charge, took receipt of INR 5575/-, and handed over the TV post his confirmation that he will return my TV next day. But I haven’t received it on the agreed date.
After much follow-up at least 10 times, he came with an old Toshiba TV. This old TV had same model no. and serial no. as mine. I insisted that this is not my TV, he was showing me the model no. and serial no. which was mine. Later on, I found that he has put up the label of my TV in this old Toshiba TV. I spoke to his superior, he told me that you are being confused and keep this TV and pay INR 5575/- . The superior also instructed his engineer that take this old TV if I am not paying the mention amount.
With help of our building security guard, I manged to keep this old TV with me and clearly said to engineer that bring my TV and take the full amount. But he was not in mood to return my TV.
I am really amazed that, why no one is taking action on such companies, how company like google and justdial can promote them without checking their background, why a brand like Toshiba can let them use their brand name for wrong doing?.

as i see my self noor ahmed shaikh had been same fraud with me, on 4th of july i had register a complain to sony costumer care for small demo issue, the very next day i received a call saying that im technition from sony from mobile no.[protected] and visited my home after seeing the TV he ask my family i have take the TV with me and it will be charge 7500rs to solve the problem, after one day i call the person he told me it will take time to get the parts from sony company for 15 days so after one day he return the TV back saying that as the part comes back i will take the Tv back and fix it also he has taken the recipet back which was given by him as i reach my home i saw the TV screen is totaly blank of my Sony Smart TV i try to call this person he is not responce my mobile as he disconnet the line looking the no.and my family are elitrate could not understand the fraud.

This service center is a big fraud. The name on bill is "Customer Support Center". They are fraud and not authorised to any brand. My father searched on internet and lodged complaint for Sharp LED TV. The technician took our TV and said it will charge 5500/- Rs to which we agreed but next day he brought TV back and it was giving same problem. He took the TV back and never brought back. When we called their manager Dinesh - mobile no. [protected] said you have to come here and collect the TV. When my father went there the TV was working and they said first give 5500 rs then they will give the TV. My father paid the money and brought the TV back. After coming home the TV was giving same problem. We took the TV to a local service center and they said the TV have no problem but the remote was having problem. They charged us 5500 without even doing anything to the TV. What fraud people.

Pathetic, No response, no professionalism ...pls don't go to this customer care centre. They got training for looting customers not troubleshooting the TV problems. I lodged a complaint vide no[protected] and post 4 day follow up, I asked service repair of warranty part, they come back after 2 days, that your TV screen has failed while testing and screen is blank now. We can't do anything further.How that can happened when that took it from my home with screen in good condition with little defect. No one support in your need even though it is under warranty.

I also faced the same problem.Unfortunately I read all these reviews after paying ₹12, 450/to this FRAUDULANT company.Mother board of my Toshiba plasma TV was giving problem.They returned my TV after many phone calls.It worked only for 2 days.And now my T.V.is in non working condition even after paying so much money.From 14/072017 to 13/08/2017 I contacted Mr.Suraj, Vikas and owner Mr.Rakesh Giri.
Mr.Giri promised me that he will solve my problem.But he cheated me and now he is not responding to my phone calls.So please don't rely on this company, it's a big fraud.

My sister Raksha Buch was also duped by the Customer Support Centre by representing that they were the authorised service centre for Samsung TV. The TV was taken away by the representative of the Centre on the pretext that defective part needed to be replaced and it would cost approximately Rs. 12500/-. The TV set was returned without replacing the defective part. On suspicion we called the Samsung Company and they confirmed they had no such authorised service centre. The Samsung Engineer found that the defective part was not replaced but only repaired by soldering couple of wires for which the service centre had charged about Rs. 12000/-. My Sister then filed a complaint before the Consumer Forum. The Forum by its Judgement has directed the centre to refund the entire money paid with interest. However till date the Order has not been complied with.

Suman their technician took our TV saying he is going to change the support board ( as per the LG authorised technician whom we contacted later) the support board can be changed at home itself and charged us 13250/-.and transport charges.
It barely worked for 6 months and now they refuse to answer us with a very rude receptionist.
THEY MASQUERADE AS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE AND FOOL PEOPLE.
THEY SHOULB BE BEHIND PRISON BARS FOR MAKING PEOPLE SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY

A Big fraud company harassing multiple customers. My TV stopped working due to some power failure. These people came across claiming authorized service provider. They asked Rs 7000 initially saying the issue is with mother board and changed the same. the repaired tv was installed back and in half an hour stopped working. The panel which was working fine before last issue is gone now. I was told its a new fault and its my badluck. I took the TV to the service centre to resolve the issue (they stopped responding to my calls. I took pains to take it to them again). This time there owner promised us that he will try to repair the panel and repair it free if possible. After a week of followup i was told that the TV is repaired and i can collect it. On the arrival i was told to pay another 3000. All promises goes for toss and also no warranty that it will work in future. I still paid and took the TV along with me. To my surprise they removed the wall mount panel from the back which was attached when TV was submitted to them. After week of followup they agreed that its with them and its again 15days i am following up to return the same/deliver it to my place. A group of thugs these people are.

I too have been facing the same issue with these people. I have interacted with Shama, Zoya, Dinesh, Sandeep (mechanic) and now it's been over a month and a half and my samsung LCD TV hasnt come back to me.

Day1: Searched online for VU TV service center. Got this suggestion on google.
Called for VU service center was told yes they are authorized service center for VU TV.
Quick service Engineer visted on withing 4-6 hrs for inspection. Told me TV had power supply issue will cost 4.5K approx.
Would get 1 year warranty after repair.
My Tv cost was 12k (HDReady normal TV) 3yrs ago. Now repair costing 4.5K with 1 year warranty so I was Ok to go for it since my Display was
intact and had no issues.
Day 4: TV was delivered and checked upon delivery. Working fine. Paid 4.5k to the person.
Got only 3 months warranty instead of 1 year and only if same problem occurs again will be free. I felt cheated but my TV
was working for let it go.
Day 6 : Same problem started again. TV display was distorted and TV went dead again in 2 days. Called the Helpline number.

No call back for 2 days. Had to chase them now daily to get the engineer at my home.
Days 16: After 10 days (yes chasing them for 10 days) finally engineer visits my place and picks up the TV.
Day 20: TV was delivered again and working fine. Not charged since it was in repair warranty.
Day 21: TV started hanging in a day and was sure it would blow off again. Decided to exchange the TV for new one.
Ordered a new TV for exchange value 2500 after spending 4500 for nothing.
Day 23: New TV arrived with Exchange pickup. My old Tv refused to work with distorted display and hang issue.
OLD TV was rejected and was asked to pay the exchange value. My bad luck, had to cancel the return and NEW TV.

Would get 1 year warranty after repair.
My Tv cost was 12k (HDReady normal TV) 3yrs ago. Now repair costing 4.5K with 1 year warranty so I was Ok to go for it since my Display was
intact and had no issues.
Day 4: TV was delivered and checked upon delivery. Working fine. Paid 4.5k to the person.
Got only 3 months warranty instead of 1 year and only if same problem occurs again will be free. I felt cheated but my TV
was working for let it go.
Day 6 : Same problem started again. TV display was distorted and TV went dead again in 2 days. Called the Helpline number.

No call back for 2 days. Had to chase them now daily to get the engineer at my home.
Days 16: After 10 days (yes chasing them for 10 days) finally engineer visits my place and picks up the TV.
Day 20: TV was delivered again and working fine. Not charged since it was in repair warranty.
Day 21: TV started hanging in a day and was sure it would blow off again. Decided to exchange the TV for new one.
Ordered a new TV for exchange value 2500 after spending 4500 for nothing.
Day 23: New TV arrived with Exchange pickup. My old Tv refused to work with distorted display and hang issue.
OLD TV was rejected and was asked to pay the exchange value. My bad luck, had to cancel the return and NEW TV.

Called for VU service center was told yes they are authorized service center for VU TV.

I had register complaint on[protected] for my lcd, which was not working properly. So this service provide came and check the lcd. For this work he charge me rs. 350/- visiting charges and told me there is some major problem in your lcd you pay rs. 6400/- we can sort out and give you 6 month warranty. On[protected] he came and take my lcd at his shop and deliver me next day after his work complete, but i was facing same problem. So i called him back. He came and take my lcd back in his shop and after 5-6 days he delivered it back. After that i am facing same problem so i told them to please return my cash which is i paid to you because i am not satisfied with you services. But now he is not replying and refusing to returned cash.

Better to lodge police complaint against Customer Support Center at Nehru Nagar, Kurla, Police Station. They will contact pankaj mishra mob no. [protected], their senior official and resolve grievance.
