Customer Support From International Location — International Roaming Service

Does Airtel realized that when the SIM does not work in an international country and they ask you to call 121 or email them its not possible!!! How do they expect someone traveling to get hold of a local number and not be on the phone for hours?
All major carriers provide international toll free numbers. Guess Airtel does not care or can get away with pathetic customer service.

Updated by CeeBee So spent another 2 hours calling all the possible numbers and not once i was able to get to a live support person. After 2-3 attempts, "Oops you have exhausted your allowed number of attempts" WT[censored] Who designs a system that you cannot get to a live person! The nodal officer is only available M-F. Fantastic. As soon as i am back, i am done with this useless company. Tons of numbers but none allows a live person contact.
