Respected sir/madam

i have purchased one electronic car on 16.06.2021 to gift my nephew from cutefashioon.myshopify.com and have also paid the required amount online for the product for which i received order confirmation mail from them reading as "order # 2034 confirmed thankyou for your purchase". but still i have not received my order neither do i have any intimation message from them regarding product dispatched. it was supposed to reach by 19.06.2021 as i have paid additional Rs. 48 for 2-3 days delivery, but today 10 days passed there is no update on same

i am trying to contact them in the number mentioned on their website (+[protected]) but it is incorrect or fraud one, i have also mailed them for the delivery status, where to track my order, but there is no response after several reminders.the address mentioned on website is :- "2/2885 bhumi house near kohinoor market gujarat"

i have realised that this is the fraud website and it is my humble request to your whole team to kindly consider my above complaint on a serious note and take whichever necessary action you need to take against cutefashioon.myshopify.com and try to get my and others money return.
