Cvbuzz Online — regarding refund of my money

I have received call from Mr.sourabh verma from Cvbuzzonline.com regarding job search services. As per his advise I have paid Rs 24, 846.00 through online transfer by using netbanking and payzippy and finally he told this process is complete and you will receive transaction confirmation ID through E-mail. Later, the next day on 30th july 2014 Mr.sourabh verma called me and told this process is not complete and you need to pay additional Rs.10, 000.00. I complainted that I have not received confirmation ID that amount paid. He told we send after the coformation. But still I could not receive any E-mails and details of the company. at your website its a refund policy to give valid reason for cancilation the procedure n u will revert back the money i also give him the valid reason to cancel the procedure but they didnt listen n does not agree to refund my amount so its kindly requested to u sir please pay attention to it and please provide my money back .

As per his advise I have paid Rs 24, 846.00 through online transfer by using netbanking and payzippy and finally he told this process is complete and you will receive transaction confirmation ID through E-mail. Later, the next day on 30th july 2014 Mr.sourabh verma called me and told this process is not complete and you need to pay additional Rs.10, 000.00.aftre confermation they said they send us a mail regarding job profile but still I could not receive any E-mails and details of the company. At cvbuzz website its a refund policy to give valid reason for cancilation the procedure n u will revert back the money i also gave them a valid reason to cancel the procedure but they didn't listen n does not agree to refund my amount so its kindly requested to u sir please pay attention to it and please provide my money back.

While checking the data, We have received a call from the customer's brother asking the process of refund, because she was fail B. Pharma examination, So they do not want to continue the services, however this is totally invalid reason as per our website policy.
