I have booked reparian resort vadodara through oyo. But resort people denied entry through oyo. My booking i'd djix3249. The same issue i have talked to your customer care people and they assured for full refund. Still not received refund. If you do not have arrangement with reparian resort then why are you misleading customer and deduct the amount. Kindly refund my money urgently.
