Cvbuzzonline.in — refund

I have cancelled one product but money has been deducted from my paytm wallet but it has not yet refunded back to my account and i have attached some photos regarding it and also customer care services are very irritating and it's tooo bad service i have been calling for hours and any customer care executive has not picking up my call i have been waiting in call but it's very poor service, so please resolve my problem
