Cyankart — not received my order

I had placed an order for laptop cover on 15th october. They said it’ll come through in 2-5 days. It’s been 10 days and i haven’t received my order neither have the updated me with my order details. I have sent several mails but they do not have the curtesy to respond. This is the worst online store ever please do not order from them.
Even the contact numbers given on their website is wrong. If anyone has their actual number please give me
