Cybenitics Infotech — Free service warranty not provided

Sir,
I purchased a handset Lenovo A6000 plus (IMEI: [protected]) from ANAS MOBILES, Tuticorin, dated 03.09.2016.

After three months, its memory slot was malfunctioned. So, I contact to its local service center, named CYBENITICS INFOTECH at Barasat, West Bengal.

They received my handset and they confirmed me about its free service. But after 15 days when I went to receive my handset, concerned person informed me that I have to pay Rs. 2000/- as service charge because it is covered all service warranty issues but its warranty period is over.

Sir, I purchased my handset on 03.09.2016 in sealed pack condition and its warranty is one year. Now please suggest me with your valuable advice, why I have to pay such amount as service charge.

I am sending purchase invoice and job sheet also as attachment. Please find the attachment and help me with your advice. Thank you.
