We order a Lenovo Think Pad as a test to further decide whether to order Lenovo for our staff. When the laptop arrived, the speakers and microphone did not work. I live in Zurich, Switzerland, but I am an English speaker. I called Customer Service, and they transferred me to a service center in the UK. The agent there said he had no clue why my call had been transferred to him and that it was not his job to help clients in Switzerland. Finally, I managed to communicate with a local agent in German (my poor German). After trying everything (from reloading the drivers to totally resetting the laptop, I was told I would receive a new laptop. That was 3 weeks ago. I called the service number again and got the message that the number does not exist!! Fianlly I found an alternative number and the call was cut in the middle of the discussion. I have lost at least 1.5 work days trying to solve a problem for a new laptop, getting nowhere! and I am a business customer!
