Touchpad not working

I purchased a Lenovo laptop on 20th July 2024. Just after my warranty expired on 20th July 2025, my touchpad stopped working.

I repeatedly contacted Lenovo support. They:

Formatted & reset my laptop remotely but the issue persists.

Insist it’s a hardware issue (I strongly feel it’s software).

Adopter (Charger) is not working

It has only been a year since I purchased the Lenovo Slim 7 i5 laptop, and the charger has already stopped working. Typically, a laptop charger has a lifespan of 3 to 5 years, but mine failed after just one. Unauthorized gpu replacement and battery issues after paid motherboard replacement

I paid full amount for a motherboard replacement at an authorized Lenovo service center for my out-of-warranty laptop (original config: i5-12450H, RTX 2050, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD).

However, without my permission, the service center replaced the GPU with an RTX 4060, which is incompatible with the existing battery and charger. This has caused:

brand new laptop lenovo ideapad slim s3

I’m a 19-year-old student who ordered a Lenovo product on April 24, with the estimated delivery date being April 26. It’s now April 30, and the order has still not arrived.

I've spent days chasing both Lenovo and BlueDart, and neither has been remotely helpful. Lenovo claims they “pushed” the delivery, while BlueDart has completely ghosted me. When I finally managed to speak to the delivery agent, he casually told me my package was “too huge” to deliver. I wish I were joking.

I even went to the pickup point in my society based on their tracking map—nothing there.

I’m exhausted, frustrated, and genuinely disappointed. This whole process has taken more time and effort than any student should have to put in just to receive something they paid for.

If Lenovo cannot ensure basic delivery or customer support, they should refund the amount immediately and recall the product. I won’t be ordering from Lenovo India again—and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.

    I purchase lenovo v15 g2 alc model laptop on 17 may 2023 by retailer shop in varanasi but after some time it cant boot so I conatct to support team and they inspected and told me that some fault in motherboard so it need to be changed so I agreed, after some time an engineer come to my house and check and chanege motherboard but that board also faulty so he applied for replacement the after 10 day another engineer come and replace that board but aftere changing my ssd heating uo then I told then the they said at is normal phonemonen, so they close ticket but as my warrenty expired my laptop not booting up after that I conatct to support they told me it was done by me and it cost around 20000 including al charges and this was more than my laptop pricing so what I will do

        My repair ticket was unexpectedly closed today, with the status showing “Solution Provided.” This status is inaccurate, as neither the display nor the motherboard issue with my laptop has been addressed since the 1st of August.

        When I contacted customer care to resolve this discrepancy, I was put on hold for 30 minutes but ultimately did not receive an update. The customer care representative was unable to provide any immediate information and advised me to wait for an email update.

        Given the critical nature of my work and the extended period of inconvenience, this situation is highly concerning.

        I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the continued lack of resolution to my laptop issue, which has now persisted for 22 days.

        Today, your engineer visited with the required parts, including a new motherboard and display. However, after the work was completed, it was discovered that the initial issue—multiple horizontal lines on the screen—still persists. This clearly indicates that the problem has not been resolved, and my laptop remains unusable.

        This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and it is unacceptable that after such a prolonged period, the issue remains unresolved.

          I can never get logged in to their online customer service despite hours and hours of efforts, The logging in process is completely baffling, with them providing many, many passwords that I carefully enter in all the right places. My ORIGINAL problem which is the backlight setting to high mode still hasn't been addressed or even responded to. I have a support ticked noted online, but nothing has ever come of it. I really want to operate the computer in the middle of the night when I cannot sleep and it makes me angrier and angrier at Lenovo that I can't operate the backlight to light up the keyboard. The keyboard lights up for a few seconds, including the keys themselves for a few seconds when I first power up.

            According to him, ADP can't be cover in this year as for once it is used.
