I had purchased a Laptop from Lenovo with Warranty. Since 4 months I have been complaining about this lose contact. I had sent them photos of the Pin and Socket to prove there was no External Damage due to rough use.
Inspite of this they insist that I pay for the Servicing/Repairs.
In such a case there is not other part which needs to be covered by a warranty. This part has stopped working on its own which means it is a manufacturing defect. Hence it should be repaired free of cost.

    Description: Sealed Battery Warranty is part of 1 year standard warranty on purchase of new laptop and is available till 25Mar'23, hence I opted to purchase extended warranty.

    Lenovo salesman Mr. Tippu advised me and While purchasing the extended warranty 36 Months Premium care package, it was not mentioned that the sealed battery won't be included in the warranty.

    I keep getting prompts to purchase extended...

      I was looking for gaming laptop then i visit to LENOVO store their i asked for gaming laptop the 2-3 salesman suggested me for LEGION intel CORE I5 laptop then i purchased this laptop now when i run the GTA 5 game the game is not running properly i want this solution as soon as possible if this solution will not be solved soon i will file case in consumer court.

        Dear Sir,
        I bought a Lenovo laptop from Chroma online store without looking at the product, trusting the Lenovo brand. I noticed that my laptop is having a battery problem and it hangs. I faced the problem so I returned it the second day I bought it. Now I am not taking return amount refund is not correct, your product may be great for you I am facing problem so within the return time I returned it to you on second day, please I hope you can refund me my amount that you did not take your product. I am very impressed with your product. Please can you understand my pain

          There is no physical damage ony system. Not even a stratch. The product is also under warranty and there is no press or dent on the screen but still black spot and lines have developed due to hardware failure. The product is under warranty but lenovo is refusing to provide free service

            At time of purchase including cash back offer terms shows that FREE BAGPACK Provided for all orders.

            Now there is no free bagpack.

            My bad to choose lenevo.
            If you will not be able to provide any contact as a escalation.

                For two consecutive days, two different engineers visited my premises and both came to replace the motherboard. After installing the new product and spending more than 2.5 hours each, both parts were found defective by the engineers...

                The second complaint I am placing as I did not receive any answer or reaction to my first complaint.
                Laptop was ordered in November. A defect product was received. The speakers and microphone did not work.
                The laptop was sent back. Customer service promised to order a new one.
                Never heard back. I fully paid for a laptop in November until today, January 24th, I have not received a replacement.
                This is undoubtedly the worst customer service I have ever seen or received, and I am a customer service specialist.
                Never order Lenovo!

                    I have bought a laptop in online 2 years before. Within an year there was an issue regarding booting, so i raised a complaint and they fix that as a reason back panel issue and i claimed in warrenty.
                    Now after 1 year the same issue occurs and now they are saying due to keyboard, so they ask me to go nearest authorized service center. The technician who checked my product found keyboard strip which is in motherboard is damaged and they confirm that it's manufacturing defect and this is the reason why laptop is getting booting issue. If I want to replace it cost nearly 20000.

                    When I try to contact the lenovo customer service to check with these issue, I have spoke to 3 person, they all not responding and they also share wrong authorized center numbers even I have mailed to their higher authorities but still I didn't even received response mail from them.

                      In my first case I got my keyboard replaced and after a few days I observed my speaker started giving a cracking and breaking sound and WIFI Kept hanging and disconnecting.
                      I again opened a new ticket and informed them about Issue. I asked for on Site visit from a technician and review the arrangement inside the laptop while replacing the keyboard in my first case.

                      We order a Lenovo Think Pad as a test to further decide whether to order Lenovo for our staff. When the laptop arrived, the speakers and microphone did not work. I live in Zurich, Switzerland, but I am an English speaker. I called Customer Service, and they transferred me to a service center in the UK. The agent there said he had no clue why my call had been transferred to him and that it was not his job to help clients in Switzerland. Finally, I managed to communicate with a local agent in German (my poor German). After trying everything (from reloading the drivers to totally resetting the laptop, I was told I would receive a new laptop. That was 3 weeks ago. I called the service number again and got the message that the number does not exist!! Fianlly I found an alternative number and the call was cut in the middle of the discussion. I have lost at least 1.5 work days trying to solve a problem for a new laptop, getting nowhere! and I am a business customer!
