Sir, I met cyber vyabari thorough olx and they asked me my whatsapp number after that they told me to purchase product by pre-booking basis and i have ordered of an iphone on 31st december 2019 from cyber vyabari and i have transferred the amount of rs 74000 to their bank account then they told me that the product will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days but i did not receive the product yet. It has taken over 1.5 months already since i have ordered the product. I tried to contact through the given number as well as the owner's number but not responding to my queries and they are not taking my phone calls and reply to my messages.
