OLX has suspended my account permanently and when I contacted customer care they said it cannot be revoked since a buyer reported abuse against me.Without any proof they permanently banned/suspended my account just because a user reported fakely.Shame on OLX.sale on any other platform avoid OLX I request each and every user if you don't want to get humiliated.I have lot of social media followers I will aware all in every platform.OLX is [censored]....

I have not breached any of the olx policies.
I didn't log into my account for more than one year but today when I logged into, it is showing as Account Suspended.
I can even do kyc for verification.

I have Sold my car to OLX Autos, in Noida, in October 2023 . The RC for the same is not yet transferred from my name and also hold back amount not released.

May 9th there was an advertisement which was posted in Olx
as Home appliance for urgent sale and did done payment of Rs 1000 INR (to [protected])

Post to that items will be shipped through Army transport, they are asking to pay for transport charges with GST for delivery and we did not.
Now i am asking to refund but they are not to do so.

I have sold my car Tata Tiago XZA with registration number MH12QM6175 to OLX Auto in Pune, Maharashtra on 6th Aug 2023. I tried to contact you through all mediums however there is no response.

I did a terrible mistake. I should have researched first. So, I called a number after seeing an ad on olx.in about an activa 5G selling at 20000. I was suspicious as this was super cheap. But i took the shot and proceeded with it. The guy, posing as Vikas patel, with a picture of an army personnel, talked smoothly and sent pictures of acooty, helmet, vehicle getting packed, and keys and RC. I have bought and sold stuff on OLX. No fraud or click-baiting can be seen in my post. OLX banned my phone number first and then my email. I reached out to them to unban my account but they gave a generic response. It is not even a human responding to the email. Just because a buyer reports me for not lowering my price is not a reason to ban my account (I hope that is the reason as OLX never shares why because it is not a human responding...
