I am writing regarding a paid advertisement promotion for my furniture listing, for which I paid ₹219 through my OLX account.

Unfortunately, while posting the advertisement, I mistakenly selected the wrong category. As soon as I noticed the error, I immediately removed the ad to avoid incorrect listing information and reposted it under the correct category.

I posted an ad for my gaming headphones and paid 599/- to be featured. The ad was alive for 1 hour and then taken down after 1hour the reason being wrong category.

I contacted support and they were not helpful at all just mentioning the reason for taking down the ad (wrong category). I asked for a refund but they said they couldn't help me with that.

OLX has suspended my account permanently and when I contacted customer care they said it cannot be revoked since a buyer reported abuse against me.Without any proof they permanently banned/suspended my account just because a user reported fakely.Shame on OLX.sale on any other platform avoid OLX I request each and every user if you don't want to get humiliated.I have lot of social media followers I will aware all in every platform.OLX is [censored]....

I have not breached any of the olx policies.
I didn't log into my account for more than one year but today when I logged into, it is showing as Account Suspended.
I can even do kyc for verification.

I have Sold my car to OLX Autos, in Noida, in October 2023 . The RC for the same is not yet transferred from my name and also hold back amount not released.

I have tried to communicate at [protected]@olx.com, [protected]@olxautos.com and even TicketID 13000652 assigned but then nothing. No further communications or response received on my query. I have tried to send multiple requests, but of no avail.

I have sold my car to OLX Autos. They hold the ampunt of RS 12000 which they confirmed that they would be releasing it when the car will be sold to the new customer. The concering point is that the car has been sold to the new owner, yet it is reflecting under my name and also i have not recieved the amount of 12000 which they promised to pay once the car will be sold.

When I log into OLX, I get a message that someone else tksubramaniam is using my phone number in OLX. I am worried, what is someone else doing and how it can happen in OLX.

Further I get this message:
The phone number you're trying to use is already associated with another OLX account. You should log in the other account and log out from the current one....
