Cycle Pure — Tire burst

The tire quality of your product is so horrible and even you don't have much service centres at Pune and the one you have doesn't contain much variety .
I was stuck in the middle of the road with your brusted tire cycle (hero sprint compass) just after buying it only lasted for 4 km and I had to struggle the rest 14 km to reach my home ... salesman are good but improve the quality of your product andd services ...and kindly look into the matter ...
