D Mart Surya[et — Misleading Half-Filled Popcorn Pack at D-Mart Suryapet

I am filing a complaint regarding a Cheese Popcorn – Family Pack priced at ₹35 purchased from D-Mart Suryapet, Telangana. The packet was less than half filled and the packing was very loose. The actual quantity of the product does not match the size of the pack, which is misleading to consumers. When I questioned the staff at the store, they behaved rudely and simply said “this much only comes, ” without offering any proper explanation or solution. This practice amounts to unfair trade and misleading packaging, causing loss to customers. If the product quantity is low, the manufacturer or seller should reduce the pack size instead of selling a largely empty packet. I request the Consumer Forum to look into this issue and direct the company (D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts) to follow proper packaging standards. Photos of the product are attached as evidence.
