D2H — Free OTT not available

D2H and DishTV have started OTT offerings free without any extra cost. They now offer some 6 - 7 OTT channels that you can watch on smart TV or mobile. I guess thru Watcho App.
The requirement is that you must make a recharge of at least 200 Rs per month.
I was interested and called customer care. They told me that I do not qualify as on my number some other OTT is registered.
I had availed Jiocinema but I closed the...

Videocon D2H — Not working for last 5 days

D2H not working since last Sunday (12 May 2024).
Raised the complaint on Monday and they told it will be resolved in 24 hrs.
However, it's not solved for last 5 days and even no one called for the service.
Whenever call the customer care for the status they used to say will arrange a callback from the supervisor however no calls back....
