T his is the reference to trailing mail, still I am waiting for your response.
I sent my car (SCORPIO PB 10 HH 7770) to Dada Motors Mahindra service Station, Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana on 23rd January 2022 for replacement of windshield and car servicing.
Hope you are out of deep sleep as it's been more than 7 days, Vikas Sharma (from Dada Motors Dholewal Chowk Ludhiana) committed me that the sunglasses will be sent to my address. This reflects how irresponsible employees of DADA MOTORS are. You have kept my valuables as you own them. Of course, this made me disappointed.
Kindly return my 3 sunglasses (one old one which was stolen last time and 2 which were stolen this time ) ASAP to my address till tomorrow evening.
Secondly, yesterday I finally got a call from NEERAJ AGGARWAL (GM). I told him to summarize the conversation we had in email as I want to document because this issue is happening every time I send my car for servicing. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email from Neeraj's side. I believe that this response is unfair and employees, including GM, are not concerned about my complaint. I am most annoyed that I wasted my time waiting for Mr. Neeraj to show up. I think this is not the right way to provide services to valued customers. It seems that you are not bothered about customers' feedback and issues your customers are facing. I would like a written statement explaining the below reasons in detail:
1. Why were things stolen from my car?
2. Why didn't I get my sunglasses yet?
3. What will you do about my complaint?
I look forward to your immediate reply and a resolution to my problem.
