    Address: House No. 3112, Basant Avenue, Extension-10

    PB10HQ1308 was sent for servicing with an issue of Engine missing & undue Vibrations at Idle running position.

    Instead, there was a theft of Tube Nozzle covers & no proper response from CS desks.
    Idle engine shaking issues not resolved.

    Surprisingly upon bill checking observed that three items were added in bill which were not agreed and my son was befooled cleverly by the dealing staff and payment taken for work not agreed without revealing the same.

    The response upon complaint was very poor and very casual approach is observed.

    This tantamount to a consumer court case application and need a reason why it should not be dealt legally.

      To dada motors

      I was book a Scorpio on 13-jul-2023 and payed 11000 for booking. The dada Motors company ludhiana. but after that they don't give me Scorpio.MR. ROHIT SAROTA tell me that if you paying 1 lakh 35 thousand you shall received Scorpio in just 10-12days, (15-oct-2023 to 25-oct-2023 maximum) then i payed 1 lakh 35 thousand 15-oct-2023 (I total pay 199000 / one lakh ninety nine thousand)to MR. ROHIT SAROTA immediately but / after payment i will no response recieved this month. then i contact to next month MR. SUNIL SHARMA ( G.M.) he was told me, i shall give you Scorpio in just one month (1-nov-2023 to 25-nov-2023)but he also slipped from there words. please tell me if you were not going to give me Scorpio. Sorry this is my worst experience i ever take in my life /

          Refund of booking amount

          Dear sir/mam,
          I just booked tata safari from tata motors showroom from ludhiana and gave booking amount of 11000/-thru gpay. l also asked them to hold the vehicle as i will make some payment thru cash and some from bank loan.but due to some reasons my loan was not approved so i told them to refund the booking amount.its been 7 days i am being harrased by your company employees and today they have told that it cant be refunded at all....

          I have visited dada motors on 05/april/2023..My scorpion number is pb 10 hz 6030.. I have some (three) issues in my new scorpio n and dada enterprises failed to solve that problem. There are so many problem in their service and their premises too.. These are problems in my car
          1. Noise in front wheel side
          2. Noise in left seat
          3. Upgrade android auto
          and dada motors failed to solve these problems.
          These are problem in service provider
          1.They are poor at service
          2.They are poor to deliver car at their promise time.
          3.They dont have sifficient service advisor to attend customers
          4. Now you have premium cars and premium customers but that dealership has not that kind of service .

            Dear sir
            i was serviced my bike from dada moters bajaj dholewal ludhiana in 6 of january 2023, my total bill was 10381 rupees with discount, but after one week my bike have too much problem, then i m contact service center of dada moters, they said my battary problem, then i m change my battary, but still my problem is not solve, sir i m requesting you to please repair or refund my amount.

              Poor service, Mr Vaneet dealing person totally unresponsive, he harrassed me, I went there for meeter wire change, he told it cost 200, i said ok, i gave bike at 10am, no body called me till 2pm, when i went, he said your bike is ok wire changed, but i checked no wire was change, then manager change

                  I am a customer of tata motor showroom of dada motor in ludhiana
                  I own a car tata tigor i have an issue with my tyre
                  I visited the showroom provided them with complaint they assured me that it will be resolved in 2- 3 days under warranty
                  But today it is been more than a month no solution is done
                  They haven't responded even not picking my calls
                  This is very very poor service and comittmenr of them.
                  I feel very very harassed
                  There is 0 rating out of 5 for tata motor branch of dada motor near dholewal chowk ludhiana

                      I bought a car @ this dealership and believe me, you must not go there .

                      The worse service ever, no paperwork, everything i was told was a lie .

                      You take the car there, you will not go anywhere with it, it will be your problem with all paperwork.

                      You will be ignored when you need them to help you until you go back to the bank that Financed you.

                        Dear Sir/Mam
                        I wish to complain about Dada Motors for the purchase of the new vehicle Tata Harrier, i asked for the quotation of the Tata Harrier top model with all the break ups and I specifically mentioned that I will get the insurance done from my side from whichever company I want. I was amazed to get their response "sorry sir without purchasing insurance from us we can't sell you the car. I believe that this response is unfair from their employee Mr Vishal Rana (Dada motors) . I have all the screenshots of conversation held between us. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this issue.

                            T his is the reference to trailing mail, still I am waiting for your response.

                            I sent my car (SCORPIO PB 10 HH 7770) to Dada Motors Mahindra service Station, Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana on 23rd January 2022 for replacement of windshield and car servicing.

                            Hope you are out of deep sleep as it's been more than 7 days, Vikas Sharma (from Dada Motors Dholewal Chowk Ludhiana) committed me that the sunglasses will be sent to my address. This reflects how irresponsible employees of DADA MOTORS are. You have kept my valuables as you own them. Of course, this made me disappointed.

                            Kindly return my 3 sunglasses (one old one which was stolen last time and 2 which were stolen this time ) ASAP to my address till tomorrow evening.

                            Secondly, yesterday I finally got a call from NEERAJ AGGARWAL (GM). I told him to summarize the conversation we had in email as I want to document because this issue is happening every time I send my car for servicing. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any email from Neeraj's side. I believe that this response is unfair and employees, including GM, are not concerned about my complaint. I am most annoyed that I wasted my time waiting for Mr. Neeraj to show up. I think this is not the right way to provide services to valued customers. It seems that you are not bothered about customers' feedback and issues your customers are facing. I would like a written statement explaining the below reasons in detail:

                            1. Why were things stolen from my car?
                            2. Why didn't I get my sunglasses yet?
                            3. What will you do about my complaint?

                            I look forward to your immediate reply and a resolution to my problem.

                              Hi Team,

                              I am Onkar, a resident of Sudhar, district Ludhiana. I sent my car (SCORPIO PB 10 HH 7770) to Dada Motors Mahindra service Station, Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana on 23rd January 2022 for replacement of windshield and car servicing. The car was received after service on 25th January 2022. When I got the car, I found that the car was not at all clean and there was dust on the car dashboard and inside the car. This has happened with me in past too when the car was sent for servicing or dry clean. They never clean the car. I have car videos too, I can send you if you want to see them. This is a huge matter of concern. The person who was sent for car delivery gave me a bill of INR 15000 (approx). I denied giving him the whole amount as I was not satisfied with the service. He called TONY and VIKAS who is SERVICE MANAGER at Dada Motors, he was guilty after hearing the same and told me to give 2000 less than the bill amount as it was a mistake on DADA Motors' part.

                              Secondly, I discovered that my valuable things (2 Sunglasses) were missing from my car. This is really a shocking experience with Dada Motors Mahindra service that reveals how mechanics are stealing things from customers' cars at the service center and are earning a very bad reputation for a company. This happened with me in the past too, last time when I sent my car for servicing, one pair of sunglasses was missing. But I didn't address the issue that time because I paid the bill amount and I knew they will not agree now. But now, this left me in bitter surprise that every time things are getting stolen by such a reputed company like this. This is really a pathetic experience and was disheartening for me.

                              Then I denied giving him the bill amount this time. Then after some time, I got a call from Krishan (in charge of the insurance department who replaced the windshield for my car under car insurance). He agreed that they have my Sunglasses with them and an employee named PANKAJ stole them. This time, they agreed because I didn't pay the bill amount for the service. He sent me the pictures of sunglasses as well. I am attaching the screenshot for your reference. But this led me in a bitter surprise.

                              PS: There were 3 sunglasses in my car, all 3 were branded but the brand name was not written on one of them, so the person (PANKAJ) stole only 2 of them as he thought only 2 are branded and left the one which was non branded. The reason he gave for this theft is "He kept the branded one safely and left the third one as it was non branded".My question is if he was really concerned to keep my things safely, why didn't he keep all of them, and why he didn't return them when the car was sent back for delivery. Anyways, this is really a pathetic service and unprofessional behavior with poor customer service by DADA MOTORS.

                              At this point of time, it is very difficult for me to trust or rely on this company. I am disappointed with the poor service. The person in charge of service denied being involved in any such mischievous activity. I am deeply aggrieved at such immoral practice on the part of Dada Motors Mahindra Service.

                              Through this email, I am lodging a complaint with Dada Motors India customer care seeking quick redressal on this matter. Let us see what happens.

                                I bought avenger 220 cc bike 2019 from dada motors jalandhar, they told me five years warranty of engine, after six months self got fault
                                So badly performance of avenger bajaj 220 bike
                                Right now they are telling me it is not part of engine

                                  Respected Sir,

                                  I purchased Bajaj / Pulsar Motorcycle from your showroom on 21st Nov. 2014 with the exchange of My M.Cycle No. PB-10-DK-0544, But till date, the ownership of the bike is in my name.

                                  It has been passed almost 6 years after the sale of my bike no; PB-10-DK-0544 to your showroom but ownership is still in my name. So i request you to get it transferred in the name of new owner of the bike as per law / regulations.

                                  you are requested to provide me a copy of transfer of ownership of my bike for my records. & am already mail drop at Dada customer consumer court in last year dated 21st Oct 2020 But till date i have not received any response at your end

                                    I have brought a motorbike platina in February 2021 from Data Motor Enterprises LLP by Mr Paramjit Singh. Number of motorbike is PB26 H 5897. I have paid 1 year insurance and properly maintained my motorbike with time to time service.Before a week, my motorbike started making noises, after that I came to know that there was a default engine.So, I went to sirhind to complaint about it but they send me back to khanna and said it will be there duty to solve my problem.That's why I move to khanna from where i brought this bike.They told me that you have to pay all the expense of engine jain and gas cut and misbehaved with me.Why I have to pay all the expense when i have fullfilled all the requirements of motorbike.So please solve my problem.
