I have a Dafabet account with the username MMR2734.
On 18/04/2026, I submitted a withdrawal request of INR 1, 00, 000. The withdrawal status on Dafabet shows “Successful”, however, the amount has not been credited to my bank account till date.
I have sent multiple emails to the Dafabet support team and also contacted them through live chat. Every time, I receive the same copy?paste response, stating that will escalate this to payments team will send update through registered email.

Previously, all my deposits and withdrawals were processed smoothly without any issues. This problem has occurred for the first time.
Now, when I try to contact live chat, there is no response, and when it does connect, it only says that all agents are busy. There is no proper support or timeline given for resolving my issue.
This situation is causing me financial stress and clearly reflects poor customer service and delay in processing a successful withdrawal.
