Today 19th June 2022 at 16:02 we were crossing dahisar toll Naka and heading towards mumbai. At lane 09, the attendant asked us to pay cash stating insufficient balance in my fast tag account. Since we were in hurry, we didn't think twice and paid him rs 40. When we reached home, I saw the message on my mobile about rs 40 being deducted from my fasttag account and the remaining balance was more than 500rs. Also, the receipt given at the toll didn't had any vehicle number mentioned. I am surprised to see so many similar complaints on this forum however no action taken yet.
