Dear Sir,
Complaint against T.S Shashikanth Rao, Sales specialist as per your company visiting card. Visiting card copy attached.
He is also representing himself as Marketing Manager at Secured wings, JP Nagar, Bangalore 560078.
IN the name of Secured Wings, Supplied on[protected], 8 CCTV cameras of Dahua company and charged Rs. 94105.60.
A copy of the invoice is attached.
Misrepresented to us that his firm is registered with the police department and supplier of CCTV cameras.
From the beginning, the cameras are not working and we have not received CCTV coverage through the internet. Lodged several complaints with him. No proper response.
There is a warranty for 2 years. No service from Shashikanth Rao.
We came to know that he used:
Second-hand material,
Charged exorbitant rates. Ups 600kv qhr which cost Rs 1500/, he charged for Rs 15000/ and no GST.
Charged more than Rs 45000 as the excess amount and paid quid pro quo.
Present status:
cameras are not working and
Shashikanth rao not responding to our requests.
Would you pl look into my complaint and take necessary action against Shashikanth Rao and set it right the things.
Please depute your team and investigate the entire deal/ transaction.
Yours is a subsidiary of a foreign company and its directors are NRI’s and the Management do not tolerate such type of activities by any of their representative. Pl do justice to us without any delay.
In case of no response from you within 7 days, I may be constrained to refer the matter to concerned Government authorities for failure in providing proper service.
