How team Dahua takes its customers for granted

21st Oct. We needed 4 cam setup for an elderly patient at home, in a hurry. We got in touch with Dahua tech India's phone number via Dahua website.They shared Mr Munsif K's number. He passed us on to Mr R Sajjan Tiwari.
-. We conveyed our urgency, requirements and the need for trustworthy installation partner via Dahua, to R Sajjan Tiwari .
He then passed us on to some Mr Y Doshi, who wasted our valuable time only to revert with a non-transparent (therefore non-trustworthy) quotation by hiding his fees in the pricing of the product components and not mentioning model numbers of Dahua products to justify his pricing.
-. Also we realized Mr R Sajjan Tiwari had deliberately mis-spelt his email address (sent by SMS). We had to guess the correct email address to mail him to hold him accountable.
-. When questioned, Mr R Sajjan Tiwari passed us on to his senior Mr S. Khandait, who was found rude, unprofessional and downright unethical as he point blank blocked access to his seniors by saying he does "not want to" share his senior Mr Utkarsh D's number !
-When we connected back with Mr R S Tiwari he not only tried to cover up for S Khandait, but also harassed us over a long call, refusing to share access to Mr Utkarsh D
-To register our complaint, we shot mails to Dahua complaint- email address as well as sales email address and Facebook messenger.
-We received a mail back from Sales later saying Mr Utkarsh D will connect with us but no communication was recd from him, .
Dahua Facebook messenger staff's response only created further deficit of trust by its diverting tactics
-The only professional response was from one Mr Dharmendra from who tried sincerely to share all access available to him
-Regional Manager, Mr V D Gurav took our call, heard us out and passed us on to S Shinde. When we had to call Mr S Shinde (after not receiving any call from him) he decided to be uncooperative and insisted for us to mail him DESPITE THE URGENCY conveyed to him and earlier to Mr V D Gurav. After much more time was wasted in mailing him, he texted us saying one Mr A Khatri will call us
-After NO call was recd from anyone AGAIN, NO follow ups from the regional manager or his team either, we again had to get in touch with S Shinde asking for Mr A Khatri's number.
Mr Khatri when called, committed to calling back within an hour but never called back.
-When we called the regional manager, Mr V D Gurav at the end of that day to hold him accountable. he refused to even listen to us and rudely hung up on us
-S Shinde emails back but with lies and selective truths to build a fake narrative, but when we confront him with facts on email, he resorts to silence, but on a voice call he ultimatyely admits his and his senior's blunders.
-When Mr Z (Philip) Sunan from Sr management was made aware of the above, he passed us on to
- Utkarsh D (who has till date never bothered to connect with us);
- C Tendulkar fm HR who only gave excuses for how he was new to the organization and therefore not responsible for multiple employees found unethical
- D Nimbhore (who seems to have posted a glowing google review for Dahua despite him being part of the Sr management and therefore the obvious conflict of interest, claiming Dahua "Treats clients very good" - contrary to our experience with himself and his colleagues in Dahua)
That Dahua senior management itself posts fake reviews should itself be telling of how unethical the work culture is
15 days since and they never came back with anything but vague open ended responses that obviously allow them conveniently remain evasive

Even more shameful that this was with copies marked to one of the directors H Ramchandani. Contrary to Dahua's website's claims of being socially responsible, it has been week of silence since the last communication.
If Dahua can be thus with patients, it should be more than telling
