Daily Passenger — complaint regarding daily delay in nmmt bus route no. 49

Respected Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring to your attention the daily delay faced by passengers travelling on NMMT Bus No. 49 towards Belapur.

The bus is being driven very slowly, which appears to be causing unnecessary delays in reaching Belapur. This happens almost every day, and as a result, passengers are suffering and reaching their destinations late.

I humbly request you to kindly look into this matter and take the necessary action. Please ensure that the bus operates according to its scheduled timings and that drivers maintain the required speed and schedule so that passengers can reach Belapur on time.

This is my humble request to kindly take this issue seriously and give the necessary instructions to the concerned staff.
