Daily Pooja — Non-delivery of fully paid items, horrible portal (doesnt show paid orders), worst customer service

Hello,

This is about dailypooja.com, these people pester you to place an order with them and once the money is paid, they forget everything. the deliveries are not made, the customer care doesn't resolve any issues, every time you call them they will say "please give us one more chance", this continues for about a week, and when you threaten to go to authorities they begin the delivery for one week (of an order which is supposed to be for a month).

The portal does not display your orders placed, also there are no complaint numbers hence no tracing of complaints. every time when you call the customer care you have to tell the whole story starting from your mobile number and you get the same answer "please give us one more chance".
