I had subscribed for daily pooja.com in the month of august 2016 by paying ₹1500 through cheque for getting three months of flowers and offer of two months free. Henceforth i received the flowers only six days, and after wards they stopped giving flowers. They have cheated me. Even till today we didn't receive any flowers. Kindly make them to repay me the amount i paid.

    Daily pooja started with very good supply of flowers combo around an year ago. They came up with great deals and great service.in sept they had an offer to pay 1500 for 3 month and get another 2 month free. I was a victim of that offer where after subscribing, the delivery came for just 2 days and then it stopped. After checking with them, they gave excuses that the problem is with delivery boys and they will resume shortly which never happened. On asking to return money, they agreed but never returned. It's been 4 month now and they have stopped picking any calls also. It's a fraud company who have looted money from devotees waiting for their pooja materials early morning.

      I have booked flowers for 3+2 months. At the beginning I received flowers for 22 days. After no flowers. I tried to contact Daily Pooja customer care people. They did not respond to calls nor mails. I requested to refund my amount. One person Stella said that she will make arrangements to make my amount refund. But she started to tell today, tmrw and finally she did not pick the call. Many peoples like Arun, Shravani, Darvin, Raju, Vinay and many more are also cheaters. I requested them to provide the Contact number of their Higher AUthority. But they didnot respond to me. Even they are also Cheaters.

      please suggest to reduce sound or completely stop.

        Although I have paid the full amount for the flowers from April 2016 to Jan 2017.. I was delivered with flowers only till august16. Website and call centre are not working. Daily pool has cheated it's customers..they were not regular in delivering flowers and on complaining would always give an excuse of extending the number of days flowers will be delivered.
        Daily Pooja customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Daily Pooja team promised that they will deliver flowers and I paid 1500 and subscribed for 5 months, not even single day I received flowers.

        Fed up of calling customer care and no response from them.

          Order ID:[protected]. Booked on 14 Sep and we received flowers for 10 days in September and 3 days in October. Tried reaching out to phone numbers and web site, but no response. Their website was also down for almost a week. And no action has been taken. Very bad reputation and I am already repenting. Worst service ever. I will also be claiming compensation.

            I have booked orders for deliveries at 2 addresses of mine and have paid INR 3, 000 (INR 1, 500 for each order for 150 days). My order numbers are #[protected] and #[protected]. It started almost 2 months ago. In the last 2 months, I have received deliveries for only about 25 days. The deliveries are very irregular.

            In fact, they said they would not be able to make deliveries for a couple of days in the end of Sep, due to their so-called quarterly conference (BS, their conference should not affect the normal working of their company). That was the start. I did not receive any deliveries after that. It has been one month without deliveries, and they do not have the courtesy to reach out to us and explain the issue. Their customer service lines have stopped functioning (I think deliberately).

            Earlier this customer service line was functioning, but not of any use, because they were only promising that they would resume services from the next day after my call which never happened. Now that service line is gone. We were also able to contact them online on a chat. Now they have discontinued the service which really explains that they are deliberately trying to avoid being called and talked to. They have displayed 2 other mobile numbers on their website, but those numbers are not answered.

            The company has received the money from all o[censored]s and are not bothered about supplying the products that they are paid for. They are trying to cheat people and people's hard earned money is getting looted. Serious action should be taken against the management/people who run this dubious entity

              On 19/6/2016 i have paid rs.1800/- (Rs. One thousand eight hundred) to daily pooja
              Being three months subscriptions to supply combo 3c i. E 2 jasmine
              garland and loose rose flowers.
              They have issued cash receipt #4010 dated 19/6/2016.

              They have confirmed the same on 25/6/2016. The mail received from them is appended below.

              on checking our records, we would like to inform that your subscription
              amount for the order (Order id[protected] has been updated.

              From 21/8/2016 to 31/8/2016 i have received the flowers.
              On 31/8/2016 i have requested them not to supply flowers from 01/9/2016 to 21/9/2016 since we are not in station. However they have paused the delivery and from 22/9/2016 they have resumed the delivery of flowers to us. But they have supplied the flowers only for three days that is up to 24/9/2016. Further from 25/9/2016 to till date they have not delivered the flowers to me instead regular follow up.
              I have to get flowers for 17 days against my subscription id[protected].
              This is for your information and necessary action please.

                I ordered the monthly flower delivery subscription with daily pooja. They started delivery fine and aftwr a few days delivery service stopped. I complained to the customer service. Reached out on chat. Wrote emails. Wrote face book messages for them to refund my money for undelivwred days with no resolution. Thwy always get back with a standard response of i need another chance. This is the second order i placed with them as a, 'chance' to them. The firat also had problems. Unrwaponsive customer care and not making refund for the undelivered days.
                I have subscribed for 3 months subscription for dailypooja. First few days I got the flowers. after that I am not getting flowers. I am requesting them to refund the amount; no answer.

                Please let me know how to get back my amount paid. They are neither answering to phone calls; nor replying to my email.

                  Hi

                  I booked the flower combo of 500 rs. They said they would give gift with that. I never received the gifts nor flower is coming on time. Only at the time of booking they will call u so many times. Customer service is really bad. Daily flowers are not delivered. Sometime if they deliver be will be at 12. They dont even have cancel policy no refund also.

                  Kindly help my money get refunded.

                    I have taken 2 months subscription of flowers for home delivery from daily puja on april 3rd 2016 and paid 3000/- inr on april 3rd through online payment.
                    Order number is 2268
                    They gave flowers until april 8th, 2016. After that, everyday i call them that flower delivery did not happen, no action is taken so far. I am frustated, spend 1 hour everyday to call their call center and then their escalation team calls back to explain some story.
                    After 10 days of same episode, i finally asked for refund or flowers today, neither happened.
                    I dont know if this is a trust worthy company or playing with consumers time and money. Pls help, now their call center toll free is not working too for calling them
