Dailycakes — Cake did not delivered and did not refund money

I have ordered a cake online in https://dailycakes.in/. After some time they have mentioned that i have to pay extra charges but again i have checked same price was available and then i request to cancel they canceled my order no 34389 They mentioned that the money will be refunded in 6-7 days. Now 14 days over and they have not refunded the money. They do not have any contact number in their website and no response for the emails.

Same thing has happened to me, may I know if any of you got the refund back ?
If not will complain on the website and the person behind this to cybersecurity
