Dailycakes.in — No refund against missing item

I got below email from officialdailycakes.[protected]@gmail.com. But still no refund yet.

Dear Customer,

I would like to inform you that your order is processed now and it will be delivered by today. We are sorry to inform you that flowers are currently not available to deliver at your location. Hence we have processed your order with cake only.

Your extra charged amount will be refunded to you.

I ordered a cake on 16th August to Yercaud through express delivery amounting to Rs 798
CAKE WAS NOT DELIVERED
They had initially updated as postponed against my order id and today they have changed to customer cancelled.
FRAUDSTERS
I NEED MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY
