My order no. 40683 is still showing processing from 14th Feb its neither delivered nor canceled when I will get my refund amount

cake not delivered, payment done, no phone number for tracking your order, they dont respond to your mails. its a trap to cheat ppls hard earned money . Their site should be blocked from the website so that they dont cheat innocent peoples of India.

My order number 38365 is not received yet on 19 jan 2023 and they do not refund my money... the worst part is that there is not any contact details of supplier... this is totally a scam.. I request you to please help me to get my refund...

I ordered 2 cakes on Nov 13th, 2022 While ordering in this website it asked for the pin code to check the availability of delivery. So I entered my pin code and it accepted for delivering. So I ordered and the payment went through. Next day I got the email that your order has been cancelled and your money will be refunded within 7 working days...but after one month past I hadn't received my money.

Money is refund done in daily cakes wallet but can't transfer to my bank account. I want solutions. How to transfer money in bank account

I ordered a cake along with a bouquet on Nov 1st, 2022 for my father in law’s 80th Birthday which was on Nov2nd. While ordering in this website it asked for the pin code to check the availability of delivery. So I entered my pin code and it accepted for delivering. So I ordered and the payment went through. Next day the whole family was waiting for the cake and the bouquet delivery from the morning but all I got after 6 to 7 hours of wait was an email saying sorry for the inconvenience the cake and bouquet delivery is not available to your area and so we cancelled and your money refund will be processed within 10 to 15 days. Just imagine how it would have been for all o[censored]s in the family. Ok we thought our bad luck. Then I started waiting for the refund. But today Nov 18th, till now I haven’t gotten my money back or any reply or response for my emails or messages that I have been sending for the past 3 days. So they cheated me by accepting my money and promising to deliver the cake and the bouquet and cheated me saying the next day that they cannot deliver and till now they haven’t refunded my money back nor responded for my multiple emails and messages. So don’t trust this website. I should have checked this website for reviews before I ordered instead of checking in their own website. In their website I think they must have written reviews on their own as if they are good in everything. Totally CHEATERS 😡

I ordered one cake on 15 Oct after 3 hours they send one mail to me ur order was canceled in mail ur money was refund in 4 days but still pending in site no phone number for contact I am sending mails but not responding mails also pls refund my money

I have ordered the cake and not delivered even after paying extra charges

I ordered a cake from this site which was to be delivered on 25th sept 2022. After a day I got an email that they have postponed my order to next day due to shortage of service. It is 27th today and the ordered was still not delivered and there is no response from the company as well. Mails remain empty and the payment has been done.
I wish to file a complaint and demand a refund on my order.

I ordered Bouquet Of Rose and Chocolates online from dailycakes.in on 25th September 2022 order no #37193.seller cancelled the order. So I want refund since the order was prepaid. I wrote to the seller for the same but no response from their side.

I have ordered two cake and two bouquet from this site they have taken the order accepted the payment of 1200 but haven't delivered any item. Its a fraud site they don't even have customer care number in their website their is email support for your complaint but didn't responded any time.

I ordered a cake and sparkling candles online at https://dailycakes.in/, Yesterday i.e. 2sep 2022 which should be delivered by 4 pm the same day. But I didn't receive my order nor get any update regarding my order for which I have paid Rs: 2398.

Now I canceled the order through the mail but they are not responding to my emails nor providing me any updates.

I have ordered cake from dailycakes.in for Kolkata on 27th August 2022.
They cancelled stating could not delivered due to shortage of staff services and mentioned to start refund process.
It's been 5 days now and nobody from their team replied to any of my mail.

I had ordered a cake on 12 Aug from daily cakes.in and made a payment of 1169.10 online. But after few hours I got a mail that the order has been cancelled. The refund has not been paid till date. The invoice for the same is attached herewith along with the cancellation mail received from them. The transaction ID for the same is also attached.

I ordered a Cake with Caps and Candles for my Son's birthday on 21st August 2022 with order no. 36431 and made an online payment through PayU of INR 1236 with transaction no. [protected] at 19:50 hr. I did not receive that order at all. when I tracked my order on their site it showed the status as "processing" till the 22nd morning. On 22nd August that status turned to "order postponed" and on 24th August it showed as "canceled by Customer". I did not cancel my order at all, rather I mailed them thrice to look into the matter and do the needful. However, in spite of my three emails and five messages to them, there is no response from their end. This company should be sued heavily as they are not only playing with our hard-earned money but also with our time and emotions. my son's birthday got ruined because of them. A huge punishment to this company will save many other people to become an easy pray for these frauds.

I ordered a cake from dailycakes.in on 12 Aug.At around 12.44 pm I got a mail that your order no #36175 has been cancelled and the refund for the same would be initiated within 10-15 days. But till date there hass been no response from them. The amount deducted was transferred on the name of Yash Sadh.

I had placed an order on DAILYCAKES.in on 16th August 2022 in yercaud amounting to Rs 798 and I haven’t received the order.
But they have updated on the website initially as POSTPONED on the same day and changed to CUSTOMER CANCELLED ORDER on 18th Aug

I have sent 3 mails to the company’s website officialdailycakes.in but received no response as of now. In addition I have raise 6 complaints on the website but no call or message has been revived from their end.

I NEED MY REFUND ASAP

Also would urge to bring out such FRAUDSTERS

Didn't get order. I ASKED FOR REFUND AS WELL they didn't reply!! I'll file a complaint about this company.

Yesterday I ordered a cake of Rs499 but it was not delivered nor they are replying me on their email id.
The transaction number is [protected] via PayU.
My ordernumber totheir site was 35756.

Really big cheapsters . After I ordered they say price hike and ask for more amount and force at us to cancel and we do not get refund . I strongly suggest a police case must be raised on this group and we shut down the business . Big fraud as they do not have call support and just email support

I have ordered a cake on 8th July, cake was not delivered and next day i have received mail from dailycakes.in stated that, due to service shortage we are not able to delivered the cake and your order refund will process within 7days. Its been more than 20 days now, no response from then even after multiple follow up mails(no contact no provided).

Guys- this is fake website and scam. Just receiving the money from people.
