Dailycakes.in — Regarding cancellation of order and non refund of the amount

I ordered a cake from dailycakes.in on 12 Aug.At around 12.44 pm I got a mail that your order no #36175 has been cancelled and the refund for the same would be initiated within 10-15 days. But till date there hass been no response from them. The amount deducted was transferred on the name of Yash Sadh.
