1) Order for half kg Butterscotch Cake & a Bouquet with 12 nos pink roses was placed with Dailycakes vide order no. 34391 Dated 24.06.22 with advance payment of Rs 915.19
2) On 25.06.22 Mr Yash Sadh of Dailycakes cancelled the order expressing their inability to execute the order due to Shortage of Services.He also promised to refund the money advanced to them within a period of seven working days.
3) In spite of sending 3 nos of reminders through mail and also through the platform in their website they are non-responsive on the refund issue.
4) All the relevant copies of order & acceptance, their cancellation of order and reminders for refund are atrtached.
